I had the most lovely time staying here. The service was amazing. The staff so friendly and kind. The location is ideal and I can’t wait to go back for another visit

Fried it service and convenient location

The Montacito Inn has become our favorites spot to stay. The staff is amazing the bartender Kobe always bends backwards to make sure we are happy and the valet guys are amazing. The location is incredible but the staff really sells it.

The room, a suite, was spacious and comfortable. The heating and AC controls could be improved. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old and in bad condition ! The mattress is very uncomfortable, just got up with the worst back pain i have had for years . Bathroom is old and not updated , shower belongs in the a $ 20 room not $470 room tolilet seat is damaged and looks dirty the bed is stained nd the pillows have blood on them . Mold in the windows and broken floor molding.

We stayed in one of the suites and the room was lovely but a little bare…no water left in the room, most of the shelves were completely empty. It left a beautiful room feeling cold. Water and toiletries would be really helpful, especially at that price point.

Every time we go to the Montacito Inn , we have a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing. They always bend backwards for us. We had to check out early due to the storm and one person stood out even more than the rest. His name is KOBI he is one of the bartenders he went out of his way to make sure we were assisted on the emergency check out again everyone is wonderful

We had a bad experience here. We had a rat in our car when we got the car back from valet after checking out from the hotel. We drove with the rat in the car for about 15 mins; we almost get into an accident and I almost get a heart attack. The rat peed and pooped all over the car, and damaged our belongings in the car including jackets, shoes, etc. that we had in the back seat. I have pictures and videos including video of the rat running out of the car. The hotel is refusing to compensate us for anything not even a detailed car wash. The bathroom is tiny. If you are coming with kids or need more space, this is not the hotel you want to book.

No bottle of water in the room no sleepers and breakfast after 7h and refuse in the bedroom

Our room was very dated and tired. The dresser was old and the drawers barely opened. The standing lamp was rickety. The bathroom was tiny and the shower water was like needles. Our room was not cleaned and when we asked for service we were told we had to request cleaning. We were not told this at check in. The dark closet had no light. The property is old but charming. The staff was nice.

The Montecito Inn is quite charming and nestled in the heart of a quite yet inviting location. Very clean, comfortable bedding, friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming staff.

A wonderful place in a great location. You an easily walk up and down Coast Village Road in Monticeto, and it is right next to Lucky's. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is also excellent. The fitness room has some dumbells, weight machines and some cardio machines, so one can definitely get a workout in. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who wants to go to Santa Barbara and stay in Monticeto.

Love this area, super clean and quiet place. You can walk down the street to shop and there are so many restaurants.
