The location is good, but they charge $7 for parking. In general, the room is ok and cozy, the service is ok too

The reception team is lovely and hospitable. The room appeared clean and inviting. I woke up with bug bites all over the ears that weren’t covered by my pajamas. I asked the front desk and they said they had no other reports of bed bugs, but now I’m worried that I’ll be taking bugs home with me from this trip. I am really disappointed that this happened.

Price was decent for a suite but the room we were assigned 344 at third floor was hot the AC was not working, I let the staff at front desk know and they immediately made accommodations into another room on the first floor although we were taken care of, the room in particular 143 was in serious needs of updates. It was clean and after a long day that’s all we really needed along with a nice cool room to sleep so we couldn’t complain much and accepted it.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was poorly designed. Water went all over the floor during showers, and there was zero vanity space to put things, even though the bathroom was spacious. Was very annoyed at having to pay to park my car in the parking lot, after paying hundreds of dollars to stay there. Seems to me that guests should be able to park their car for free.

The hotel was worn. Addtionally. The hotel is friendly. With that said there arr no rooms that are desginated foe humans only. No to mention i did not witness any special or extra clean procedures.

It wasn't that much, $7 for the night, but what an irritant. So many other great hotels in the area, and most not charging for parking. I'll read the description more carefully next time.

Did not get any maid services the entire 4 nights I was there. No one made my bed or picked up the trash. I signed up for their rewards program to get free parking, but I was still charged seven dollars a day. Room was OK But I won’t stay there again.

Upon arrival the clerk that checked me in made me feel unwelcome I felt as if I were being judged by the color of my skin by the type of service given to me they don’t tell you when you call in to confirm your reservation that they only take ONE form of payment, they also sent me an email the day before I checked in stating that I can get early check in at 12:00 for a small fee an late Check out at 4:00 for a small fee, they failed to accommodate me with something they offered stating that the earliest time they can check me in is 2:00 an the latest they can check me out is 2:00,I did the late check out for 2:00 I called the night before an they still bothered me by calling my room phone at 12:00 asking me was I checking out I said that I ordered late check then not even 10 minutes later some random guy knocked at my door asking me was I checking out it was so annoying, the room ran outta clean towels an toilet paper so I had to go to the front desk an ask for some the room was alright but it’s the service

Checked in at 4.30pm but was told that I had to wait ten minutes for my Room to be ready......first time that ever happened to me so late in the day. However, Rooms have good facilities and there is free Coffee all day, plus Gym and a Laundry Room
