Hubungan kualitas-harga baik-baik saja. Meskipun saya pikir fasilitasnya tampak seperti hotel 3 * daripada hotel 4 *.

Hotel is quite nice, very clean, room cleaning is great no problems. The food is ok, there is a good selection and it is well prepared and cooked just the ingredients felt a little lower in standards to the rest of the hotel. Room cleaning service was excellent. Staff are friendly. The only negative I have and I did go early April so still not really fully operational, getting a drink at the bar was difficult, never any bar staff or even staff around to ask but this was not to bad as I just went to the reception asked and within a couple of minutes there was always someone to serve me.

The location is quiet, on the end of Cala Millor, close to nature. We do not like to stay in crowdy places and big cities, so it was ideal for us. All Mallorca sightseeing places are reacheable by car in 1 - 1,5 hour drive through picturesque surroundings. Nice beach nearby, horse ranch to ride for kids 5 min by feet. Cleanliness at the hotel was perfect, food at breakfast and dinner outstanding. Staff welcoming and fluently talking english and german. Perfect place for family vacation.

We did enjoy our stay in the hotel. We went for Christmas. On Christmas Eve we had a Gala dinner which was a nice surprise for us. The apartment was nice, tasty food, staff polite and helpful. Every evening there was an entertainment . Everything was excellent. We would go again.

Very poor and old hotel. One of worst 4* hotel I've ever been. Food was almost non eatable, very poor selection and awful taste ( you can't even dream about some typical Spanish food there). Water in intern pool seems like not changed since few months. Absolutely bad experience there. Never ever more we will come back in this hotel.

Our apartment was clean and had everything needed, including a baby bed and highchair as they already knew we had a baby with us. The staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfast options are expansive and the food served is fresh and tasty. Hotel amenities like the indoor pool, indoor games and bar are good. The pickup and drop service was excellent. The beds could be updated though. Had a great stay overall!

We spent our Christmas here, in a apartment room with a side sea view, with half board. It was very clean, with amazing hard working friendly staff lead by Rosa. The Christmas eve Gala dinner was absolutely amazing! Starting with aperitifs and followed by the most spectacular buffet, ending off with a live social artist! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and hope to return soon!

Had fantastic week at Mallorca, staff was friendly at the hotel. Facilities were great, had room at the bottom but we asked to change as dog was barking, so asked for room on the higher floor, and it was much better. We had breakfast which was great Thank you for lovely stay.
