It was a quick short break, and it was an excellent choice, adult only which is great for some peace and relaxing time. Great memories with family to remember. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable Staff are great and always happy to help. Food is great, always freshly made. As a location it’s great for what ever you fancy doing. We rented 4 -bikes from reception deck which they sorted for us. We managed to cover some good distance and explore near by towns and local food. Highly recommend

Short trip here with my family . Loved it , clean and new . Great little break . Food and drinks very reasonable.great location by the beach. We rented scooters from hotel had a day on them. Definitely recommend . Adults only so nice and quiet if that’s what you like

Firstly let me say the hotel itself is beautiful and the room was gorgeous, but the staff are disorganised and it’s chaotic at times. Our first experience of this was at check in where one receptionist started to check us in, before picking up the phone midway( very rude)and then the other receptionist took over, however the first receptionist then kept butting in again, so the information we received was totally confusing. When we got to our room it was lovely. The room was very bright and surprisingly large. Immediately on your left was the bathroom, which although not huge was perfectly functional, with a large rainfall shower, wc and single vanity unit. The toiletries provided were also very nice. To the right as you enter was the wardrobe, which has a sliding door and full length mirror. Inside was a safe, a couple of shelves, 3 drawers, plenty of coat hangers and a luggage rack. Moving into the room were two very comfortable single beds, two bedside tables, and a table and comfy chair. Down one side of the room was a long shelf and underneath at one end two cupboards, one housed the fridge. We had also pre arranged with the hotel to have a kettle and cups provided which they kindly did. The balcony had a lovely view over the pool and the ocean, and was really quite large and private. The restaurant is where most of the problems were . Firstly the food is ok, nothing special it is just the normal run of the mill buffet food, luke warm but edible. The biggest problem is the staff, I don’t think they have enough,as every time we went down the tables were dirty and un made.Twice I had to go and get cutlery and napkins and set the table myself, having had to remove dirty napkins prior. Also the food was not refilled quickly. This could be due to the fact that we could never get in before 8pm as it was always so busy any earlier. The restaurant is open until 9pm. Which brings me onto my next issue with the restaurant, breakfast starts at 8am, which is a problem if you have an early tour or like us an airport pick up at 8am, you have to miss out on your last breakfast. Entertainment is on every night which is good and the bar waiter serving drinks at night is excellent, as are the cocktails. The location of the hotel is also excellent at the quiet end of Calla Millor, but easily reached within 10 minutes walk. One of the main selling points for me on this hotel is the pool area, whilst it’s not big, it is well set out and perfectly adequate, also there is no mad rush for beds, with plenty available all day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but would most definitely not have half board.

An excellent hotel whit a fantastic team and very clean and beautiful rooms and facilities and a fantastic restaurant. A very good and friendly team and above all a real good atmosphere and very clean and well organised. The location is superb.

We do not usually book package holidays, preferring to book flights and hotels independently for more flexibility. However, we hit the jackpot with this great hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The rooms, communal spaces, the staff, the breakfasts, the entertainment - all top notch. The only negative (for some) would be the location. The walk to the centre of Cala Millor might be off putting to older, less able, holidaymakers.

Lovely high spec hotel, good service and food. Only downside is it's location which is on the very outskirts of Cala Millor so a lot of long walks to reach bars, shops etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area clean. Beaches are great with lock boxes on the parasols for your valuables.

Fabulous week stay. Cleanliness was spotless, cleaners work hard in all areas of the hotel. Natalia in the restaurant was lovely and Rafael in the pool bar was very funny and helpful always had a joke with you. Beach so close and sea was lovely and warm especially if you walk 10mins further down pass the rockier area. No sunbed wars here we were always able to get a bed at any time of day. Entertainment team were very friendly but not pushy to get you to join in. The food choices in the restaurant are amazing especially gala night when there are too many to chose from. Only points going forward would be more choice in the drinks menu, more ingredient labelling in the restaurant but was told that they could provide this if needed and the evening entertainment would be better if was on a fortnight rota so if staying there for longer than a week you are not seeing the same acts. Also, maybe some water in the fridge for when you arrive if very late like we were. Well done to all staff for making us feel welcome, and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic holiday from start to finish . The staff here were wonderful, so friendly and nothing too much trouble especially Simonetta in reception and Jarra from the entertainment. The location is perfect right at the end of the promenade but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and well set out with lots of storage, a nice comfortable bed too . The room didn’t have a kettle ,however as soon as we asked reception, a kettle and cups arrived. The toiletries were ok , take your own conditioner as none provided. The pool area was lovely and snacks at the pool bar were good quality and not too expensive, great cocktails too. Plenty of sun beds , no scrum down in the mornings with towels on beds. Free towels provided too. The beach is long and sandy , there were rocks at the end nearest the hotel , however if you walk along the beach (we stopped at number 4 , lifeguards tower) there’s clear turquoise water and lovely soft sand . A very clean and stylish hotel with amazing food and staff , we would definitely return here . Thank you for a wonderful week.

We arrived after a delayed flight at 3 in the morning, smooth check in and we were offered food too . The hotel is in great location right at the end of Cala Millor beach . Rooms were lovely, plenty of storage , walk in shower and spotlessly clean . Toiletries provided were basic , if you need conditioner bring your own . We were in room 117 above the outside dining room and entertainment area . There was some noise from the entertainment but it didn’t really bother us. No kettle in the room but as soon as we asked one was provided.The food was plentiful and lots of variety, all help yourself buffet . We loved it ! Staff were friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. We swam in the sea most days , we walked further up from the hotel as there a few rocks and the sand isn’t as soft . Fabulous beach clean and life guards on duty . We would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday , special mention to the reception team and the entertainment crew. The staff here are so friendly. Can’t wait to return .

A view to die for . A beautiful spotless friendly hotel . The pool area is relaxing and quiet and stunning to look at . The food was good as are the beds . Would recommend this to anyone . The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was exceptional ,they changed the pillow slips inbetween full bedding changes . We will definitely be back .

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 weeks. Everything about the hotel was a superb experience. Modern rooms, excellent food, excellent customer service, great quiet location and so clean. The staff were all very friendly especially Sandra who worked boy in the bar near the pool and in the restaurant as well. Sandra was so friendly and helpful and it was great to enjoy talking to her most days. Overall, we really enjoyed everything about this hotel and we will be back.

This hotel is very good located and there is a busstop nearby. They were very friendly and the food was excellent. Also the room that we had was wonderfull. When you go to Cala Millor, this hotel is the best option. Maybe my mother and I will come back next year.

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean.Reception staff Simonetta so charming.Cleaners kept rooms and all areas perfectly clean.We had half board and found the food quality very good with plenty choice.Chefs should be praised especially the desserts.One evening a buffet of nibbles and drinks were provided free in the Reception area which was very nice.Lifts were impressive as were all the staff and facilities we used.If we return to Cala Millor we would choose this hotel for sure.

We had an amazing time beautiful hotel transfer a little long but well worth it. Right on beach and Cala Milllor 1/2 stroll along along a flat path with the beach beside you. The hotel very disabled friendly and adapted rooms great. Rooms have a walk in shower with shower seat. Rails in shower and round toilet. Overall an amazing holiday. Food was plentiful and well prepared. The prices of drinks were great at bar and Rafeal was a great bar tender. The entertainment guy was lovely too. We joined in most days not to energetic just fun. Overall 10 out of 10.
