We had avery bad experience. Service is poor. On the first day we were not provided basic amenities like towel, soap etc, to lodge a complaint there was no intercom set fitted. Even after reporting through the service boy, it was not provided. No proper space for parking in this property. Only breakfast was a relief. Good one.

The linen needs to be more clean. Also breakfast had very limited options. The food in the in-house restaurant is ok.

Hotel is at a good location however food and rooms are ok. Room had that peculiar smell of old furniture. Food menu has quite reasonable rates.

Had a 2 day stay everything seemed good but they needed to work in cleaning their washroom, it's really dirty. As per service art i has a very welcoming nature and often smiles. Sahil needs to smile while attending the guests. It seems the owner has neglected this major aspect of business. Just a word of advice. Please keep a camera at the reception and if you already have it please check his attitude. This is a customer service industry and smiling will go a long way. Please keep on smiling arti.

Room shown on make my trip app while booking didn't match with the room i stayed in. Breakfast was pathetic! no parking space for your vehicle

Location is good, rooms, beds and bathrooms are neat and clean. The staff is cordial. But you will get linens after 6pm. Food don't have variety
