Ulasan Motel 6 San Simeon, CA - Hearst Castle Area

Location is ok and rooms are big but I could hear my neighbours snore, the towels were super old, the bath tub has been cleaned but they were still hairs/pubes in the bathtub… Finally, as a side note, the lobby had some questionable books in the lobby, including one, openly critical about gender equality, feminism or other religions and values…

we were assigned to the room with connecting door. travelers next door kept trying to open the connecting door which makes lots of noises. receptionist should have reminded guests before assigning this type of room.

酒店設施很齊全，最重要的是安全係數比較高，這應該是大家最關心的點了吧，一號公路旁邊，很方便。周邊十分安靜。

Everything in the room worked including the heat/cooling. Very good for the money.

One night stay. Comfortable bed, low water pressure. Offer coffee in the morning at lobby. Okay stay.

Sheets had hair and blood or food stains, room smelled bad, no fridge or microwave, super small bathroom, mattress sinking in the middle...

The hotel itself was pleasant, the only drawback osnoutdated carpet in the halls. Inside the rooms was much better. There needs to be new flooring like laminate or vinyl flooring for the halls. There were some stains that gave a bad impression at first

Bed was a little squeaky and there was no shampoo in the bathroom, but the wifi was fine and the room was half the price of all the nearby hotels. Would stay again no question.

The property needs some attention. We booked this property because it had a pool but pool ours was limited and we didn’t get to use it at all. The bathroom sink water pressure was weak, the shower water pressure was good but it wasn’t draining. The restaurant on property was closed.The beach was the softest sandy beach and beautiful, easily accessible across the street from the hotel.

I love staying in San Simeon. Our stay was pleasant it was nice and quiet the beds were omfy and the room was clean

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable, if basic. Unfortunately the pool was closed which was disappointing. We had no problem getting around San Simeon by foot- everything was walkable, including an amazing sunset location just across the street from this Motel.

The online description says this Motel 6 has a restaurant and a pool. The restaurant closed in 2022 and the pool is permanently closed "for cleaning". Two ice machines are out of order and the room had no fridge or microwave. Not even any shampoo! As for breakfast, there is a pot of coffee in the lobby til 11:00. It is old, dirty and badly in need of remodeling. Avoid!

We were so pleasantly surprised to find this reasonably priced motel beside the beach, and so close to Hearst Castle and the elephant seals viewing deck. The motel is nicely laid out because the access to the units do not open directly to the parking lot, but through a hallway, which we think is safer. The staff are so nice, allowing us an extra hour before checkout, and providing amenities we needed or forgot to bring. It would have been nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, but we would still highly recommend this place.
