Exceeded my expectations! Beautiful, luxurious and functional. Staff friendly and fancy gym. Nice pool too!

Very good interior design, the room is very comfortable. There was no hairdryer in my room but you can get one from the reception. Coffee (around 3 euro) is good but gin n tonic is 9 euro (very expensive).

Замечательный отель. Отличный интерьер, освещение в номере. Дружелюбный персонал. Бассейн на крыше и превосходный завтрак!

Excelente hotel. Se agradece que esté un poco alejado del bullicio del centro pero bien comunicado e incluso es un paseo bonito a pie hasta el Casco Viejo o la Playa de la Concha.

Hotel nuevo. Buen colchón y almohada. Muy tranquilo y con aparcamientos alrededor. Trabajadores encantadores, te facilitan todo lo que necesitas. Hemos repetido 🤪

El servicio pésimo, las paredes de papel y muy pequeñas las habitaciones..

這是一個非常不錯的連鎖酒店，房間不大，但是設施比較新，感覺是麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，早餐方便快捷，種類也不少，性價比高

Hotel totalmente recomendable. Sin duda, si volvemos a San Sebastián, nos volveremos a alojar en él.
