Lingkungan sekitar sangat tenang, hotel sangat besar, seharusnya baru saja direnovasi. Kamar cukup luas, fasilitas sangat baru, tempat tidur besar dan sangat nyaman. Perlengkapan mandi sangat lengkap, sikap front desk sangat baik dan sabar. Ada biaya tambahan untuk parkir. Secara keseluruhan bagus.

Great location with a short walk to the beach and the old town. Rooms are clean and spacious. Reception seemed understaffed at times. Disappointing that the hotel charges additional fees for use of the parking lot, indoor pool and gym.

Todo fue muy bien excepto el desayuno , q nos dijeron q serraban alas 11 y alas 10:30 estaban quitando todo , y no pudimos desayunar a gusto

酒店不在海邊，距離貝殼灣幾百米距離，但是要上坡，附近也沒有飯店，門口有自行車可以騎，房間尚可，我們一間房有異味，其他沒有

Excelente hotel. Servicio excelente y desayuno inmejorable. Una gran opción en San Sebastián, a un corto paseo de la playa de la Concha o del Palacio Miramar. Habitación limpia, cómoda y práctica.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely part of town. Staff were polite, extremely friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. I just found the room a bit cold and the air con couldn't be adjusted to make it warmer. I had to ask for a second duvet which didn't have a duvet cover on, it seemed clean thankfully. The night seemed rather noisy with banging and clunking in hallways which was a bit of a shame. I bought some earplugs and slept well the second night with my second duvet! I find 20euros for a breakfast way too much when there are so many awesome places for breakfast and brunch in San Seb so we didn't eat at the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Nice layout. However the shower screen leaked so floor was soaking. I found the price reasonable so I wouldn't say no to staying here again. Voilà, Ive tried to be honest.

The hotel is relatively new and very nice. It is a nice walk from the hotel to the beach. I had a good dinner at the restaurant, the bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. Cannot say anything bad about the hotel. Will definitely go back.

Quaintly located in the hills just outside of San Sebastián Centro. Only a few stops away via the Route 16 bus which stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is still young so displays many modern features and functionalities. Rooms are clean and comfortable with USB ports near the bed for ease and convenience. Room Balcony size is large enough for 2 on 2 football game. Hotel staff very attentive and will assist where possible.

Nice pleasant stay ,nice pleasant staff apart for check out chap who checked us out was extremely rude and very abrupt to us .Glad we did not meet him at check in

I reported an issue with lights not working on the day of arrival, these were not fixed and no communication why despite me providing feedback to them during our stay. The nicely refurbished hotel is spoilt by unfixed wear and tear like the lighting, broken hooks in the bathroom and door stop in the hallway. Taken together with no response from staff indicates and lack of care.

Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious room and all extremely clean. Good pool area and only 15 min walk to the town centre, so we’ll positioned. Had 2 meals which were both very nice. Would thoroughly recommend.

Loved this hotel, really clean and fresh, Beautiful reception and bar area, we couldn't believe what great value a glass of wine in the bar was! Staff very helpful. We decided to walk from the bus station which was uphill so would recommend a taxi if you might have difficulty with this. Nice walk to the promenade. Beautiful pool area. There is also an amazing gym which we didn't use. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. Super comfy bed, good shower, lovely decor. Would love to come back.
