Uncomfortable beds and the ac stayed on all night getting froze to dreary even I adjusted the temperature and the vent was broke so the ac was directly on my face the entire night

I enjoyed most everything, although I have some practical suggestions such as: Since the hotel does not sponsor taxi and there is no other way of transportation for those without UBER, at least offer a trusted tel number of a taxi for those in need. The hotel is lovely, clean, safe and the food is great.

The check out was horrible. I waited near 30 minutes for the check out. The reception folks couldn’t figure out what to do. I ended up having to leave as the reception folks couldn’t even do the check out.
The wait time at the restaurant varied between 1-2 hours. The food was good but wait times are strange.
The saving grace is the cleaning staff. They were on point and excellent.

I would suggest calling ahead to verify booking. I have stayed here 3 times and each one we have had issues where they “can’t find the reservation” and I have tried via different avenues and the same issue. They’ll have you waiting trying to figure it out and ultimately will but just be prepared if they present you with the same problem. Aside from the, bar on site and restaurant. Rooms are beyond outdated and need upgraded beds as they’re not as comfortable but clean. Restrooms are old and clog. I feel that the “premium” suites have better quality rooms and if that’s the case, I suggest paying the extra money for it.
