The hotel is nice. It face the beautiful ocean and with three lovely pools. The inclusive package includes breakfast lunch and dinner. The food are average but plentiful. the problem is the two oversized receptionistsin the front desk, They checked us in late was in helpful and rude. They seem more keen to serves American than us. The female keep reminding us we are on a “cheaper” package…The manager try hard to verify the situation, but their attitude really spoilt a great holiday. The room is spacious the staffs in the guest service and restaurants are good. They’re plenty of hotels in the area I’m sure they’ll offer a better experience.

Would have been nice if another restaurant would have been available. The seaside restaurant was closed for renovations. The sushi restaurant was only open one day a week. So really, there were only two restaurants operational for six days of the week.

Every member of the staff was friendly and cheerful. Our server Carlos at the on site restaurant was amazing. The servers that were around the pool always made sure we had a drink in hand, even if it was just water. :) it was the perfect get away for relaxation.

It was a good not great holiday. Food was decent but the beach restaurant was down and the Italian ala carte unavailable. Staff was great but location is isolated and not being able to go in the ocean was disappointing.

Rooms are average. Getting a dinner reservation impossible! I don’t know if they were short staff but it was rare for someone to offer a drink at buffet or pool area. Only plus, was a heated pool and a jacuzzi.

This property is well located, clean with a great ocean view. The beach is not approved for swimming. The buffets are just ok. Great fruits and juices. The cocktails are really good. In general the staff is great. With ******* VIP we got a really good room. I fully recommend this property if you want to relax in the pools and spas .

Staff are fantastic. Food was average and what I expected for the price point. The resort itself is clean, but starting to feel its age, it’s tired. If lux is your goal, not here. But, quiet with a book, drink and activity or two, perfect.

My friend and I flew down for a quick trip. The weather was amazing and the service was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The room was slightly worn looking. The sink in the bathroom leaked if you didn’t turn it a certain way. Tiles were broken in the hallway. We were unaware that with a shorter stay, you didn’t get room service? That was a bummer, but it made us get up and go down for breakfast and start our day! Location was great. A six dollar Uber ride to downtown or you could lounge around on the beach. All in all, we would come back again.
