I didn’t like the reservation person that worked the maybe 4pm-11pm shift. Asked to many questions regarding my check-in. Plus have to go get key from reception window as card reader in my room didn’t work.

The first thing we noticed was a roach crawling up a wall. There was no rod in the closet to hang our clothes. We had to hang out clothes in the bathroom. The mattresses were worn as they were sunken in the middle and we could feel the mattress springs. There wasn't a clock in the room. No literature available in the room with information on restaurants and shopping in the area.

Hotel was not eye appealing, looked run down. Needs a lot of remodeling. I didn’t feel real comfortable and rate for the night was not worth it. I would rather pay more for better accommodations. I would not recommend this Hotel Ghetto.

The room was spartan. No hangers. One chair. Several wall sockets were covered with plastic plate, making them unusable.

The property is in the process of upgrading which includes painting. The bath/toilet area had been upgraded. There was no carpet but plank flooring which has some advantages. But there were no table lamps just the rather bright overhead light. Made reading rather painful. The TV was sad. There were no chairs or places to hang clothing. Lots of empty drawers. For instance there was no toilet paper holder. Just two rolls sitting on the back of the toilet tank. And the shower curtain didn't come all the way down which meant that water got on the bath floor. So they are upgrading/renovating but haven't a clue about the little things. And the refrigerator dumped water on the floor twice.

As soon as we walked into our room (after having to use the managers key because ours didn’t work) we noticed the blankets were ripped, we only had the bathroom light and another light to work and the tv did not work. There was mold and holes in wall/dresser. I asked to be transferred to another room where there were two cockroaches (one on the nightstand and another crawling on the wall) the manager said “it’s just a small one”. He transferred me to the next room and it was filthy I do not recommend ANY PERSON to stay there

The “hotel” is in a run down area and the grounds were filthy. They might be renovating as there were piles of construction debris in the back. The furniture was old, beat up, and looked like it had been picked up at a dump. There weren’t enough towels for 2 people and the attendant made me go get more from him in the rain. The bed linens were thin and cheap, 3 different brands of cheap “amenities” as if they collected samples from other hotels. No lotion, no body wash, no hangers or closet pole, holes in the bathroom wall. For the room rate I wasn’t expecting luxury although I was expecting cleanliness and functionality.

The bathroom is in bad condition, the interior isn't the same as the pictures shown on the website. I wouldn't stay there if they paid me to stay there. The images on the website are misleading!! I regretted that I stayed there.

Las almohadas ya no sirven me quede en la habitación 103 y fue lo peor con sus almohadas ojalá puedan reemplazar eso

Dirty, sheets had hairs on them, unsafe area, inflexible staff, room had broken window

The actual room vs the pics online were absolutely 💯 fabricated. The rooms were dirty and dusty and the room furniture was beat up and the floor had no carpet and the bed was on wheels. The house next door was having a huge party and there was beer boxes in the parking lot and the owner was rude and would not refund me my money. We did not spend the night and so we ended up staying in downtown San Jose.
