The restaurant is in a highly convenient location. My friend stays there for a night.

During my recent trip to San Jose, I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta San Jose Airport Hotel. From the onset, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The rooms boasted a modern design, were impeccably clean, and provided all the conveniences essential for a traveler. Its proximity to the airport made travel logistics a breeze, yet the soundproofing was commendable as I had an uninterrupted night's sleep. The hotel's dining options catered to a variety of tastes and were a delightful surprise. For those seeking convenience, comfort, and top-tier service near San Jose Airport, the Sonesta San Jose Airport Hotel is an excellent choice.

臨近SID展會之時，老闆突然讓出差參加展會。不得不高額預訂，結果令人極度失望： 1、衞生：一進房間一股怪味 2、服務：除了早餐吧的黑姑娘熱情點，其他人都愛搭不理 3、早餐質量：衹有可頌、茶、咖啡，水果，水果都是臨近腐爛的，橙子乾脆就是表皮發黴。

房間可以，如果覺得不好，可以在進門後，不動任何東西前，找服務枱更換。總的來講，設施不錯，服務也可以（不要和國內高標準相提並論）。 周圍的聖何塞大學可以走走，周圍沒有太多餐飲（或者説沒有更確切些），但可以到機場找東西吃

房間寬敞，酒店環境還不錯，這邊的杉樹巨大。離機場很近。

很乾凈，前台的服務人員很nice，最重要是她告知凌晨4點就有免費去機場的小巴了。超讚👍

衞生，舒適，早餐方便

Very quiet and several eateries within walking distance. 24/7 shuttle to the airport which is 5 minutes away.

The sheets were disgusting and had not been changed. The staff was kind enough to come change them at midnight when we arrived but management did not seem concerned at all about it that night or the morning when I checked out. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom even though we had 2 queen beds and 2 pull outs. 5 people need more than 2 towels. They brought more but again it's late and we just wanted to sleep. It all delayed us getting to bed by 2 hours

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone working there was a delight. So friendly! Loved it and will absolutely book again!

The room was not cleaned. The used soap from the prior guest was sitting on the sink. No new unused soap. As if the room had not been cleaned.
