Ulasan Wyndham Garden Silicon Valley

Booked this place as it was a fair price/ location and it said they served a buffet breakfast for an option of $12 a person. After we arrived we found out they don’t have a breakfast buffet or sell breakfast at all which is slightly annoying. The room was big, comfy bed and really comfy pillows, nice quality bathroom and fridge/ microwave provided. The gym however is not great, ther was 3 dumbbells all together on the rack but a few good cardio machines

Stall are willing to help and patient. Good location. thoughtful

空調是無法制熱，前台反映説衹能第二天處理。第二天都走人了，算了忍忍吧。酒店沒有早餐，停車場不錯很大，免費停車。去硅谷的景點都還挺方便的。

在聖何塞住下，比直接到舊金山好得多，性價比很高，停車、購物都很方便，這個酒店很乾凈，超市就在旁邊，去舊金山的路上可以到硅谷的蘋果、亞馬遜等等地方看看，斯坦福大學是必須要去的，遠超過一般的景點，非常漂亮，強烈推薦。

入住時候，垃圾桶有不明垃圾。打電話讓人來收，來清潔工收但是沒有道歉。要求復責的人和我聯繫，直至退房也沒有聯繫。不會再去了。

性價比很高，環境也不錯，很安靜。衞生也比較好，免費停車

They said they were La Hacienda and wouldn’t take our Wyndam points so we had to pay over $800 in unexpected expenses. Wyndam Points said they were still Wyndam. Never received my $100 deposit back. Was charged $25 extra after leaving without explanation.

the hotel could do with a full renovation , rooms were very dark and old decor , the shower did nit operate correctly , we were a group of 16 and some rooms had fridge and microwave and other identical room did not No restaurant on site yet it is advertised and no close options available 20 minutes down the road and the hotels there are much better for the same money and have plenty of places for food , which is very handy when traveling back late

i read the review , from 3/31 , i have to give my input to rebuttle that , i ve been here for two weeks now, in different rooms, and no bugs ,believe me ive been a subjecty to bug bites, if the reviewer had bugs , she brought them , my advise to her is go wash your cloths in hot water , and dry on hi heat .., now for my my complaints first off , the girls at the front counter Kendra and Alondra are the best of the best , by far its clean from rooms to hallways, and has a fresh feeling and sent when you walk in specially the smiles , you feel like youve reached your final destination and the first thing that runs thruogh your mind is, (finnally i found a place to enjoy life) i had no issues, but one when i bookd it with the travel, i had them call and check that the spa and pool were ready , lots of hotels close pool areas due to winter storms ,the agency said yes the spa is on, when i arrived that was not what i found , the travel agency never called. so i complained to the hotel manager Anna, and boy did heads fly, i figured i would just get brushedoff, but no to my suprize she had 3 maintence guys , on it. , made me feel like i owned the place ,, so in my REview Anna had her crew on a scale of 1-10 i give 9.98 stars youve reaned it.
