A family business. All staff were very attentive to my needs. Very helpful in directing me to stores and eateries. Room was tended to everyday. Were very helpful in booking transportation. Nice continental breakfast. Hotel is older but well maintained and clean. Although I didn't drive, there was a parking lot next door. A very pleasant stay.

There are many homeless in the area. The downtown is noisy due to the bar scene and homeless. For example, there was a person blowing a whistle for several hours late at night. The staff was very acommodating and service was good but the hotel is old. The bed was not comfortable and I could feel the plastic mattress protector.

Our room was nice but the property was a bit run down and the area is getting a bit sketchy. Also our room AC was so loud that it made it very hard to sleep.

It was a horrible experience. The HVAC is so loud, the place is claustrophobic.. the staff is somewhat helpful, but the place is an overall dump. Too many homeless people around.

The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating, some of the loveliest hotel staff I’ve encountered!
Clean and comfortable room, good selection for breakfast.
It’s downtown in a big city, so expect unhoused people and the occasional whiff of **** outside. The interior is clean, safe, and doesn’t smell though :)

Rooms looked a little tired and old and the aircon unit was so loud it couldn’t be on at night.
Not the greatest area in hindsight with a lot of homeless around screaming and shouting at people.
Staff were friendly and helpful and bed was comfortable and plenty of amenities in the room.
