Outdated hotel huge room far to big with very basic interior
And low quality room services
Loud fridge at night
Didn’t hear the traffic but heard loud music and people moving around the hotel
Poor breakfast just basic very basic

We stayed in Ramada Plaza Palm Grove in June and both Housekeeping staff Mr Subramanian and supervisor Mr Suraj provided excellent service making our stay very comfortable indeed. Our thanks to them.

This resort was amazing! This resort was lots of fun, laughs, and great service! It’s in the heart of the marina. The pool is full of fun and great music!! Mariana with the wedding department was phenomenal. Our Bell Boy Eduardo took great care of us the entire trip. The rooms were very clean and cozy! I will definitely be back!!

A group of 20 boys on ***** and alcohol checked in at 4.30 a.m, screaming, slamming doors, shouting for two hours. They were above and next to us. We left our room desperately at 7.00 The receptionist was on his own and couldn’t handle this people alone, very logical. We paid 150 euro’s and didn’t get an excuse from the patron, nor a refund. What kind of place is this???The only reaction in an email was that all the other people actually told her that they had such a good stay(?).
