The room is clean. There is no complimentary bottled of water from the hotel. Instead, they ask you to go to the water fountain to get the water supply. There is a usd 15 credit per room if you want to have meal at the restaurant.

Nice area and great staff. Its just there is a bit of restrictions like using certain parts of the hotel aren’t 24/7.

I booked a deluxe queen double bed room. It is smaller than expected. Washing basin is located outside of the bathroom. Good thing is that it has $15 credit per day to use in the restaurant downstairs and free coffee in the morning.

The Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The kids loved the stores. I appreciated that they held our bags before and after our reservation.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf. The front desk staff and the staff who looked after our luggage and opened and closed the entrance door were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Good, but the free breakfast is just average, a few slices of bread and a bowl of fruit, nothing special.

Overall it is worth choosing again.

It's a good value for money hotel, but it feels a bit small. Compared to other hotels. Instead, it's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, so it's good to move around.

Be careful that the hotel adds an extra $30 service charge when checking out, which is not very honest
