The room is clean. There is no complimentary bottled of water from the hotel. Instead, they ask you to go to the water fountain to get the water supply. There is a usd 15 credit per room if you want to have meal at the restaurant.

Nice area and great staff. Its just there is a bit of restrictions like using certain parts of the hotel aren’t 24/7.

I booked a deluxe queen double bed room. It is smaller than expected. Washing basin is located outside of the bathroom. Good thing is that it has $15 credit per day to use in the restaurant downstairs and free coffee in the morning.

The Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The kids loved the stores. I appreciated that they held our bags before and after our reservation.

I was able to stay here safely even though I was alone. I could walk around the tourist spot of Fisherman's Wharf. I had breakfast there, and the attentive service with a smile was very nice.

We loved this hotel, the lobby was very cozy, there was a supermarket 2 minutes walk away and it was very close to Fisherman's Wharf. If there is a chance in the future, I hope to visit you again.

The location is very good, right at Fisherman's Wharf, very convenient for travel There are also driverless cars here, which are very convenient to use The hotel allows early check-in and pays an early check-in fee, which is very good and saves waiting

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf. The front desk staff and the staff who looked after our luggage and opened and closed the entrance door were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

A stay that exceeded expectations. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and introduced various rights and interests in detail. The room is large enough and well-equipped. There is also a hand-held garment steamer, which is very convenient for business trips; the sanitation and cleaning are in place; the restaurant downstairs is delicious It's very good. Many people who don't live in the hotel also come to eat. If you stay in the hotel, you can get a discount of 20 dollars a day; it is about 800 meters away from Fisherman's Wharf; there are two supermarkets across the street, which is very convenient. Overall it is worth choosing again.
