The stat was obnoxious at many levels. After checking in, we discovered the air vent of our room was making an engine like sound with the walls vibrating so we asked the concierge to arrange a change of room for us. The concierge gave us new keys for another room. Upon arriving at the door of the room, we discovered that the room that the concierge told us to go to was already occupied. We went to ask them again and they said they realised just now so we wasted a lot often time running around the place. Then when we eventually settled in another room, we discovered that half of the sockets don't work. The most fascinating thing was that we received a call from the concierge in the morning on the second day, the staff asked if we need the maintenance guy to come check out the leakage. We did not report any leakage and apparently they knew there was a leakage in the room prior to us checking into the room, should they not have fixed the problem before checking guests into the room? The hotel failed on so many levels.
