The receptionist was very nice in moving us to a room with roll in shower, breakfast was included in our reservation so its a plus, ample parking. The remote for the shade is not working battery is low we are too tired to go down and have them replace it. Otherwise this is in pretty good location!

Good sanitary conditions and good service. The bed is very comfortable. It's very quiet around at night. I slept very comfortably. Less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a BBQ restaurant that is very delicious👍The queue is very long. The breakfast is also simple but OK. It's pretty good. Everything else is good, but the elevator broke down on the day we checked in. I admire the speed of the Americans... It took a day to fix it but it didn't work... I had to climb the stairs that day... I couldn't carry the big luggage, so I just took the clothes to change and went up.

I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express in San Diego. Although the breakfast is the same every day, the location is okay and it is convenient to go everywhere. The room facilities are also good.

Parking is convenient, but the hotel location is average. There are many places to eat nearby, including McDonald's, WENDY's and other hamburgers. When checking in, the front desk told us that the only elevator was broken, but there were only rooms on the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our suitcases upstairs by ourselves, and they didn't provide service! As a result, we could only carry two suitcases to the third floor by ourselves. When we checked out the next day, the elevator was not repaired yet, so we had to carry the suitcases down again by ourselves! The bed in the room was relatively large, and it was quite comfortable for two people. The breakfast was OK, the apples were good, crispy and sweet.

The location is very good, very close to the Sea World. You can see the Christmas tree of the Sea World from the room. It is not far from various attractions in the city. Uber can cover all of them in about 10-20 minutes. Trolleys and buses are also very convenient for places farther away. Of course, if you drive yourself, the free parking service provided by the hotel is very considerate. I booked it for this reason at first, although I didn't use it in the end. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple.

The room was clean, cleaned and towels changed every day. Self-service laundry costs 2 dollars per time, and dry cleaning is also 2 dollars. Opening hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is quite convenient. It takes about 5-6 minutes to drive to Sea World. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk. Please note that the parking fee at Sea World is 34 dollars per day. There are many places to eat nearby. I recommend Phil’s BBQ, which is delicious and not expensive. The breakfast is simple, but enough. There is a pancake machine which is quite fun. The attitude of the staff is very good and deserves praise.

The elevator was under maintenance on the day we stayed there. Fortunately, the room was on the second floor, so it was not too tiring to carry the suitcase upstairs. Parking was free and the surrounding environment was average.

Disadvantages: The hotel is very rigid. I booked the first night with Ctrip and added another night on the second day. If I don't change the room, I have to pay at the front desk. If I use the Ctrip order, I have to change the room. The room I stayed in was close to the elevator entrance. The children were very noisy in the morning, all of them were children going out to play. There was a sound of running water in the sewer, which was very noisy. The footsteps upstairs were obvious. The water flow of the basin faucet was very small, and the water flow of the shower was normal. The carpet smelled like an old room.

It was said to be opposite Sea World, but we didn't go to that park. The hotel is very close to the airport, 13 minutes' drive. Also very close to the old town. The room size is relatively large, and three luggages can be placed. The bed and pillows were good. The bathrooms are all dove. Breakfast is the same old American fare. The important thing is to have hot water for making tea.  There is free parking in the underground parking lot and it is very convenient to enter and exit!
