Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, Anda dapat melihat pemandangan teluk, hanya sepuluh menit dari desa pelabuhan. Saat ini restoran hanya menyajikan makan siang dan tidak ada makan malam, yang sangat tidak nyaman.

Great hotel

I visited there cuz of the Disneyland and the location was so good and room condition was so nice

The front desk never answers so one must go downstairs for any requests. The parking is ridiculous at $56.00 per car per night and the hot tub and pool on 3rd floor are far too small for the size of the building. I have an electric car and they have no charging stations. i will not stay there again.

在美國住過的很難得天天都會打掃房間的酒店。刷卡才能進電梯到達樓層，所以安全。離海邊走走也近，床品很舒服，每天還可以去前台拿飲用水，一百分滿分的話可以給到85-90分。 我沒有買酒店的早餐，附近有星爸爸，街對面也有一家叫kuma的兩個女孩經營的咖啡館，都可以解決早飯問題。 不滿意的地方：1.酒店淋浴籠頭和浴缸設施有點古老，好像是上個世紀的古董貨一樣 2 打Uber和Uber eats 的話，因為酒店正好座落在兩條街交叉處，所以很多人都找不到。建議直接走出來定位1051 Columbia street， by the way , 攜程的地址是錯的， 人家官網上都是用Columbia street做地址。攜程海外都是用代理，分到的房間要嘛樓層低要嘛位置偏，比較差勁的。

房間很整潔，只是隔音有點差，每天早上都蠻準時叫我起床的…哈哈

優點: 地理位置好，去USS Midway, Seaport Village, San Diego Zoo，海洋公園，火車站/車站等都很方便。每個房間每天給$10餐飲卷可以買酒店裡任何餐食和飲品。免費機場接駁車。每天送你2瓶水。酒店有3輛自行車可免費租用4小時。 缺點: 衞生打掃得馬虎，打印機壞了2天也沒人維修。

環境不錯，交通方便

多收了valet parking 的錢，去詢問前台態度還極差。

Went to check in with 2 double bed reserved, as we have 4 people with us. They said they didn't have any available unless we wanted a handicap accessible room. We opted into that room to find they gave us a single king bed. They didn't have another room to give us with a double in the same category so we demanded an upgrade for 2 double beds, they then gave us a junior suite. Once again with a king bed and it was supposed to have a pull out couch. No pull out couch, so back to the front desk we went. Suddenly a room with 2 full size beds were available in a room that they said smelled. So they gave us a room that others didn't want because of a paint smell. Checking into a room shouldn't take 40 minutes before you can unwind into a half-***ed room. I will not stay there again. I am a Gold Elite Bonvoy member and this was the worst experience we've had in any of their hotels.

Arrived to our room not being ready and had dinner plans in two hours they understood and upgraded us to the suite free of charge we will be staying there again

This place was so awful. The rooms were super hot. The AC didn’t work. The staff was not welcoming or accommodating to the inconvenience and then they moved us to another room after complaining a few times which smelled really bad like if it was like a homeless person room it was the awful experience and then when I let the front desk know they didn’t really do anything and just told me there’s no managers to talk and they’ll be in contact, awful experience do not recommend

Smooth shuttle from the airport and smooth check in. The room is perfect and the bed is glorious!

Very pretty hotel… friendly staff…bar service & drinks & restaurant service & food were both great & convenient
