The check-in process was quick and straightforward, and the rooms were both clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast experience left much to be desired. Despite arriving before 9, an hour before the scheduled end of breakfast, there were no waffles or cupcakes available when we came downstairs.

The front staff was not helpful at all and actually very stuck up as if we were a burden to coming to the hotel. The breakfast staff were amazing very friendly. The hotel itself was awesome great setup.

The property seems fairly new and everything is well kept. Checking in was a breeze and the hotel staff is friendly. The unit I rented was nice and clean, had a little kitchenette which is handy. Nice experience overall, would atay again.

I reserved a 2 bed and I got a king, unsafe when I was parking way away a entrance door was keeping open with a rag. Anyone can walk in directly to the rooms. Unfriendly staff in the phone and at arrival. Even it was a third party I still pay a pretty good fee, I could stay at Marriott instated or maybe even holiday inn. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Check in is 3pm. We got there at 3 and our room wasn’t ready. We got to our room at 3:30 and it felt like the beds’ sheets hadn’t been changed- the room was just picked up to turnover to us. About 10 minutes later, housekeeping entered our room unannounced to “clean our room”. The refrigerator sounded like it ran a V8 engine and even woke me up in the middle of the night. Also, there must’ve been a herd of buffaloes above us because they were stirring by 5:30 am!! We’ve stayed here before and it was pleasant enough for what it is, we just had a bad experience this time around. Room was nice and spacious, shower water pressure ******. Flip a coin and you might have a good experience here though.
