Enjoyed our stay for the most part but 2nd night the floor above us was loud til midnight. I called to complain at 1030pm but the stomping didn't stop til midnight. The front desk staff were not very friendly and didn't seem to care much about our complaint. Was convenient to be close to the parks but won't spend this much money again for a mediocre experience.

This hotel was very busy with traffic and I feel the staff tried to maintain cleanliness the best way possible but the pool was definitely in need of some attention. The breakfast staff should be more aware of what is low and do more checks.

Clean hotel, and the rooms are spacious. There aren’t many amenities in the rooms, just a small fridge and tv. The pool is on the smaller side and can get really crowded when a lot of people are visiting to go to sea world. Best bang for the buck in my opinion. Hot coffee and water all day, and a pretty safe location. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk personnel seems to be “busy” and not so willing to help. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room until we check out (we didn’t request that). Kids would be heard running over our heads the entire stay. Oh and lastly, our key cards were deactivated at 10am before we checked out.

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times and had my issues with the room. We stayed in a king-size room and my husband kept running into the corner of the bed, which was so uncomfortable for him. We also were given a double bed to begin with and had to go back down and change it to what I had gotten online—overall it's a nice hotel. Just a few issues

Hotel was very nice. The mini fridge in the room stopped working so the sushi we put in it went bad. Also two nights we were here the key cards had to be reprogrammed because they didn’t work.
