The hotel itself was beautiful, but when i checked in they informed me that my room was downsized because of a booking issue (through *******), and that they didnt have any parking option besides valet (i did not see any mention of this during the booking process). They had a cover hold charge for covering any potential damages that was nearly as expensive as the room itself. We finally get to our room we were staying in and the A/C was apparently out on the whole floor. The receptionist told us that the repairman would be coming in an hour or two to get it started again (it was already past 2 am at this point) and didn’t offer us a fan or change of room and just told us to wait. We went the enter night with the room being 80 degrees, too uncomfortable to get even a minute of sleep. When we went to check out in the morning it was a new receptionist and she waved the valet fee for us in way of apology for our experience, but would not like to see myself staying here again.
