Ulasan Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio at I-10

Heat in room didn't work no Continental Breakfast like advertised say Due to Covid Reasons but it doesn't say or mentioned anything about that on the website

This place suck and they housekeeping is horrible.. Rooms don't even have toilet 🪠

BED BUGS!!!! The room was infested with bed bugs. The hotel refuses to give a refund after KNOWINGLY booking us into an infested room. Front desk provides horrible customer service.

This was one on the dirtyest hotels i have stayed at. Worst part was getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and seeing 10 to 15 german roaches running around the vanity.

First room toilet was backed up and would not flush. The next room was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom cracks exposed in the ceiling in the living room carpets were dirty, stained walls and assorted other. The hotel did not offer coffee or breakfast as stated there was no coffee in the room towels were staying stained, and not enough. Staff stated they were going through renovations, which the rooms showed they really really needed. This was the most discouraging day we have ever been on. We know that the hotel room was low priced, but did not feel the price matched the poor quality of the rooms and Services. ******* should be ashamed to even advertise this property. Very disappointed.

Felt unsafe downstairs neighbors got there property stolen and they were pounding on our door.

Rooms do not have bathtubes, smell terrible. I had to change rooms due to the smoking odor, but they all have the same smell.

Last minute overnight stay to beat the heat. The pool was clean and not crowded. The air conditioning worked wonderfully (ours broke that morning at home which is why we needed to cool down). I booked online and found everything we desired at a reasonable price. Check in was easy and the young lady who checked us in casually told me that the room we picked was not available so she upgraded us to a suite. The service at this Super 8 is above average. No problems only solutions with a caring attitude. This was my second visit and I will be going back again and again. It is not new and shiny but clean and comfortable is all I need. When i factor in a fair price and good service, I am a happy bargain hunter:)

There was nothing good are nice about that place. They lie about breakfast. There was no one there that was friendly at all. The ice machine wasn’t working. The washer and dry didn’t even work. Sad to say that the pool was very very dirty and green was in the water. In my room where I was horribly staying in, the bed was not clean right the roll away bed had nasty spots in the pillows. The icebox and the microwave was dirty and didn’t work, the telephone was broken etc. That was the horrible stay at any motel are hotel that I had ever been too.

Run , Don’t book this place. It’s not like the pictures is a horrible place , no even for animals. Please avoid this hotel. Dirty , Rare people around , Rooms are so old and disgusting.

Room was in need of Repairs. Non Smoking room smelled like an ash tray. People slamming doors and talking loud outside our Door at 2am.

You have false advertisement , offer free breakfast which doesn't exist, has a microwave tgat doesn't work no soap, air dryier doesn't work,

The room was in terrible condition. This place should be shut down. They had no hot water to shower and did nothing to help we had to leave early and get a room else where.
