In San Antonio for our son’s basketball tournament and choose Best Western based on the reviews. Completely SATISFIED!! Front desk staff friendly, very nice and helpful! Our room had plenty of space and it was very very clean! Our bathroom was big, very clean and the shower pressure great! Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit! And we loved their Christmas decorations! I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Our stay was perfect. There was plenty of parking spaces, the hotel staff was friendly, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and lastly breakfast was amazing (there was many food options - waffles, eggs, sausages, bacon, yogurt, bread, coffee, hot chocolate etc). This is our second time staying at this hotel, I would recommend to a friend.

Front desk staff all so welcoming and helpful, room was very clean and so big. Location of the hotel being next to walmart was very convenient. Breakfast options were amazing, bisquits and gravy are just the way to this southern girls heart. Kids requested we stay here on our next san antonio visit and im 100% that it will be.

My family and I stay at many hotels throughout the year due to traveling for my daughter’s volleyball tournaments. While staying here our truck was broken into (handle ripped off) and everything taken out. We have never had that happen to us before and we are in hotels at least twice a month. Another family friend also stayed here the same night and the exact same thing happened to them as well. I will NEVER stay here again and I recommend that you don’t either- unless you want to risk damage to your vehicle and theft.
Oh. And the hotel also made my husband sign an agreement that they are not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles. Should have know then that it was a sign. Not worth the cheap nightly price.

Nice little hotel for those on a budget. I was only in town for one night since I was seeing a concert, so I didn't need anything fancy. Still, the hotel itself is nice, and the staff was friendly and checking in and out was quick and easy. There's also free breakfast of standard offerings like eggs, toast, cereal, and waffles.
Only real downside was the location, as it's a bit out of the way and not within walking distance of many other places save for a couple of fast food restaurants. Still, that's not anything I'd fault the hotel for, and at the very least, it's located about 20 minutes north of the downtown area (depending on traffic). Definitely recommend it if you just need the basics and don't mind the distance.

The hotel is decent, and very reasonably priced. The room we got is very spacious and clean.
Checking in was a bit interesting. We arrived few minutes before 2 to find out that check in between 12 and 3 pm is additional 35 dollars according to the management. I have never heard of this before. So we had to wait to check in.

Didnt not like finding a pipe holder on bed when poking me in the butt. I was worry for my daughter safe, know it no smoking hotel. 🚭 drug's seem to be apart of the room. Wasnt excepting that, it nasty chemicals on it.
