The location is absolutely perfect – it’s just a short walk to the port, small beach, and plenty of great restaurants. "Dirty! We should have left from the first moment and called the health department! Shame on our country! We stayed with my family from 20/07/23 to 25/07/23 by necessity after I had booked it with social tourism vouchers! We had planned to stay (before we went) another three days! I will only refer to our rooms! We didn't expect luxuries! Didn't we mind the small old-fashioned TV that didn't catch any channels or rust on the water heater but the phone in the shower and the short curtain in the bathroom that were yellowed by the passage of time? or /and/ the lera? On the balcony, ropes for hanging clothes and 3 clothes pegs! The small table and the plastic chairs for the balcony were on top of a wardrobe and they also needed cleaning! They changed our towels when the 5 days that were paid for by our cashier were now over and bearing in mind that we would stay another 3 days at our own expense! When we were leaving (and after he asked us for the legal sanction to cancel the reservation) we told him about the above (complaints) he told us that we had to tell each other from the first day to give us other rooms! In other words, he had more clearly, but he gave them selectively? We have been going every year for 15 years on vacations with and without social tourism and we have never encountered anything like this before! I am amazed at the good comments that some have written!"

"Beautiful hotel and cannot praise staff enough. Especially Vince, Christian, chef sorry I forgot your name. Also Donna and the Greek lady who did housekeeping the place is spotless. Clean linen and towels every day. Nothing seems to be a problem wonderful staff I cannot thank them enough for making our holiday so special. The breakfasts are everything and more. The range is wonderful from full English to yogurts, fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals, cakes and that is not all you really couldn’t ask for more. The one negative I would say was the distance away from the town it is 2.2km away and takes about 30-40 mins to walk or a taxi will cost you €8 euros each way which can add quite an expense as the local buses are not good. We have travelled to many Greek island but feel Samos local travel is not great. Timetables don’t run to time and some places ie iron you can get a bus down to but u less you only want to stop for an hour as the bus will drop you there at 2 but the return is 3 so you will actually be there for about 40 mins. If like us the bus did turn up late you would have in actual fact been there for 10 mins before the return bus. So again you would have to use taxis. So that is the negative thing about this hotel the location to Pythagoria is far too far out."

"Located on Gaggou Beach the view from the rooms is breathtaking. Our room was spotless and the furniture new and nice. It was a double room, very spacious, with two beds and a sofa. The balcony was very wide too, more than 3 people could comfortably eat there. The room was cleaned every day. People working are super nice, polite and welcoming. If you rent a car there is the possibility of parking it on the way to the beach or just on the beach. The breakfast is good too, with a lot of savoury and sweet options. In high season they also have a solarium and sun beds on Gaggou.Thank you, we will definitely come back!"

"This is a hotel we have stayed at a few times before. It is a lovely family business but they are attentive. The first time we went this year we stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and we were not happy. Before going for the second time I sent an e-mail and asked for a room on the street side without a jacuzzi. They responded within 5 minutes and made a note of our reservation. Their breakfast ends early if there is a group. And they are not willing to bring it again. The rooms are clean."
