Ulasan H+ Hotel Salzburg

Sangat nyaman bagi wisatawan untuk melihat kota, membeli makanan, naik bus, taksi, dan stasiun kereta api dengan berjalan kaki. Tapi hotel ini tidak pernah memiliki shuttle bus ke/dari bandara; dibutuhkan 25 menit dengan taksi untuk sampai ke sana.

Good location, clean room. Disappointed by its water heating system. We can't get hot water in the bathroom and the water flow was low. We called the front desk but no follow up

Stayed only 1 night. Very clean room, spacious and awesome location. Only 3-5 mins walk from the train or bus station to the airport. The bad is the gym is not 24 hours nor other facilities. Also there was no fridge in our room to store some drinks or food.

Nice hotel very close to the train station. Room is nice. enough space to open 2 luggages. We got the room with the view of the mountain. very nice would stay again.

The location of yeh hotel is great since it is located literally next to Salzburg train station. Room is clean and equipped with air conditioning, hair dryer and water boiler.

The location was good, right next to the central station and has Burger King, McDonald’s, Starbucks and a supermarket right underneath it. But the cleanliness of the shower was horrific. The housekeeping did a good job on the beddings but not in the showers and behind the sink for sure. Carpet shows aging too.

Location is super great of within 1 min walk from the train station. The room is clean and tidy!! However, no toothbrush or toothpaste will be provided. Water will leak from the bathing area when having shower :( so frustrated when you tried ur best to keep clean of the toilet

Normal only since the air con is not functioning well ! However, the location is really closed to the train station !

Location is convenient and perfect. Just 1 minute to Salzburg Central Station and bus terminal. Walking distances about 20 minutes to the town. Staff is very nice to allow early check-in. There is a supermarket inside the railway station. McDonald's, Burger King and Starbucks just nearby. Salzburg is a very beautiful city. Highly recommend to visit Hallstatt and St. Gilgen.

We only stayed here for one night on our way to St. Wolfgang and Hallstatt. We picked this place because it's super close to both the train and bus stations, plus the price was really reasonable. When we checked in later in the evening, we met this friendly receptionist from Germany, but we didn't catch his name. The room was spotless, with a nice clean bathroom, air conditioning, and a kettle. The only downside was no fridge in the room, but they said we could use the one at the front desk if we needed. Breakfast on the 6th floor was awesome with great views of the mountains. Overall, this hotel was perfect for our quick stay, and we'd definitely choose it again next time we're in Salzburg.

Very good location, few steps away from train station and bus station. Clean room, friendly staffs.

Same as previous travellers who stayed here before. We dont get any view for the room and its at 2nd level. Reception was quite rude when we asked if the hotel is full. He said you get the room of what you paid and not accommodating enough and no service at all. So stay at your risk. Location is good but maybe they know ppl will stay there no matter what. Housekeeping also like so-so

The hotel location is good . Reception is nice and friendly too. Too bad there is a heavy smoke smell in our room and the reception is unable to replace the room for us . But she is kind and polite enough to request the room service to change the pillow and bedsheet which were contaminated by the smoke smell

Most of the staff in front desk is nice, but at most of the time, there is only one staff in the front desk.
