Ulasan Hilton Salt Lake City

My first time stayed in this hotel and the staff’s service was terrible! No free Wi-Fi, no shuttle, not allowed extending check out time even if you arrived late . And their check out time is 11am which is very earlier . I never met such attitude in other hotels and definitely don’t suggest anyone book it. If you book, you will be trapped. Local people told me little America is the best one and also crystal inn nearby is super good which I stayed for one . night…free shuttle to any place in downtown at any time…also, can check in earlier if they have available room. Also expend the check out time.also Crystal inn and suite’s breakfast is great and free for any guest.

Soft bed, clean

This is a great location in Salt Lake City. It's within walk distance of tons of great eateries and bars. Friendly service. Walking to the temples and state capital and mall. Love it.

They need to take care of the hotel smell like old

Very bad experiences with Hilton hotel which completely destroyed my expectations. After I checked in the room, they checked in another guest who came in our room and put his luggage inside the room (together with our luggage). Although we stayed for one night, we got charged on parking twice ($25 each); and I was not told beforehand they would charge on parking at all! The smoke detector in the room was broken and kept making noise, which was very annoying and should never happen at a hotel like Hilton!

感覺還行 這次出差希爾頓酒店就是覺得住宿的客户也有一天30usd左右的停車費，這個覺得是個想吐槽的點，其他還可以

衞生沒啥吐槽的，就住了一晚，看不到打掃，但屋裡不臟，就是舊了點。 環境是真的一般，酒店附近走了一圈連一個便利店都沒看到。附近都是一些倒閉待租的店鋪，想買幾瓶水都買不到。吃飯衹能去樓下Spencer來吃，但這家的蝦倒是特別好吃和新鮮。 服務基本上算是正常，沒有啥特別好的地方或特別差的地方。 設施是真的一般，沒拖鞋，屋子裡的空調是靠牆直立的，如果一開起來，聲音少説五十分貝，晚上衹能關了。説實話，希爾頓酒店要是早知道這樣，我真就訂其他品牌了，每家希爾頓都不給免費的水，一瓶都要三美元，就那種外面一塊三左右的水。

去黃石公園後休息一晚，房間不錯，樓下老牌的steakhouse吃了晚餐，服務挺好，菜也很經典

房間很大，位置很好。在down town去哪裡的確都方便。但是停車很貴…25刀一天，本來以為是免費的。然後問前台要洗漱用品也很貴。7刀一天。設施有點老舊。服務尚可。中規中矩。

早餐豐盛，老牌酒店，位置很好，酒店服務很好，很安靜，設施也很好，衞生不錯，值得推薦入住，非常好的酒店
