The photos loaded on online are deceiving. None of those mentioned - gym, Spa even exist. Run down property, this resembles a lodge. The furniture are in a state of ruin. The plates at the buffet table had cockroach droppings. I want my full refund

This hotel is too good. hotel has other amenity like spa,gym,wifi,snooker,swimming pool,T.V,safe and different kind of stuff.hotel rooms are beautiful.hotel price is quite expansive.normally march to august price is drop and november to january price is very higly.hotel is nearby Calangute beach.

Overall Experience was good. ! Wifi issue was there but the rooms were clean and spacious. Location is good and also the food.. Affordable and decent place to stay Not far away from Baga or Calangute Beach .. Midpoint to both. Enjoyed our stay

It was and aeefyl experience. The price for the room is too costly. Still when paid I get insects , 0 maintenance.old furniture,tv not working . Insects roaming here and there and no electricity backup

By no standards this hotel can be ranked even close to budget category, worse than typical lodge of 1960’s . Broken handles, peeled off furnishing, paint in the room, stained commode,dirty dustbin. Poor maintenance and rude senior staff.

Worst hotel of my life. There was no cleaning no amenities only one socket for charing in entire room. Poor old infrastructure. One should stay on the road before staying in this hotel. Only thing which was good is parking nothing else. It is bhoot bangla types

We have stayed to this place while visiting our visit to Goa. Excellent place to stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very help full and arranged all the travel need for us. Food is good. Close to the main happening place at North Goa.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned .We stayed for 3 nights there,great location, the room was spacious, the people working at the reception very kind and helpful, breakfast was very good, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful.
