One of the best property I stayed in Goa so far with beach access, good options for dining. Best ambience and astonishing view from the room. Enjoyed relaxing time in Pool, Spa and during Cycle Ride. Make sure to experience eco sound at the entrance of the property and High-Tea in ***or during evening time! Had an overall great stay!! Unmatchable top-notch hospitality and complete staff is just outstanding, had the most amazing time!! Few feedbacks : 1. Installation of air conditioner or cooler at reception area / lobby is required not just for the guests but consider comfort of your staff members as well as I saw them sweating but still no complains and handling their guest with a smile on their faces. 2. Rooms are comfortable, the interior and decor are soothing however still required a maintenance for slight issues in room such as saw some dark black patches above sink area on the mirror and shower area. It's an old property and need a little renovation. Since this property is taken over by Marriott from Lalit / Leela (not sure) recently, I know it's going to take sometime to the better development of the property and refurbishment process and got to know that it's will be fully re-developed and will be completed by fall of 2025, I hope to come back to see new and good changes in the property. 3. Issues with an upgrade of rooms : I booked a Lagoon Superior Room and requested staff from the reception to upgrade it to Regis Suite Room, if possible since this is our 3rd visit / stayed at the property in suite room within last 3 months but they have denied the request even the Regis Suite Rooms were available as we upgraded it later after paying extra for it. I would like to suggest to give free upgrades to regular guests to make them feel special even a grocery shop owner give perks or provide discount or do several others things such as giving priority to his / her regular customer to retain them, It's not like that we can't afford to go for expensive room but this is what makes a brand looks apart as compare to other brands. A big shout out to the staff members :- From Miri Restaurant : DEV KRISHNA TYAGI, HAR****, ROHIT, CHANDANI : They are friendly in nature knows exactly how to meet their customer needs. They not only serve Delicious food but also provide great service to their customers. Staff was very courteous and well spoken. Unmatchable hospitality and complete staff is just outstanding, had the most amazing time. The ever smiling and affable nature of the staff makes the experience all the more fabulous. From ***or, High Tea at Club --> "SUMIT" : A very hardworking guy, courteous and extremely polite, humble and helpful in nature. He is good at heart. He is not just an employee of the company but an asset for you guys. Amazing hu*** being.He was extremely helpful throughout our stay and really appreciate for his efforts for his service and considering our requests.
