No highlights, very old, very small for the resort,no bath tube in room, also Ctrip has bad connection with the hotel, my reservation hasn’t been through the system over 8 hrs. Breakfast is lousy, the worst I have ever had in resort all over the world, full of rude Korean. The beach is ok, but you need to be careful with the sharp sands when you into the ocean.

The proprietress who arrived in the middle of the night also upgraded the room type. The sea view balcony room was very good. The quality was cheap. Later, she gave us a guide to take the southern tour (paid but reasonable price) and was full of enthusiasm. The service was thoughtful.

I highly recommend this B&B to those who come to Saipan for the first time! The boss is Chinese. The boss will pick up and drop off if you stay for more than three days. I thought there was only airport pick-up, but basically there are various pick-ups for any itinerary we want to leave the hotel. Anyway, I really didn’t worry about transportation problems. The room overlooks the sea, which is the beach of Kensington Hotel. The Korean who I met in the hotel stayed here for two weeks and went to the beach of Kensington Hotel to swim at 4 pm every day. The price-performance ratio is full. Cleaning is done every day, towels and toiletries are replaced very diligently, purified water for brushing teeth is prepared, and there is a refrigerator to store some daily food. Saipan is very small, and the experience is full throughout the trip. I give full marks to the hotel for this trip. Compared to the Crown next door, this one is much inferior. The hotel was renovated in 1989 and the facilities are very old. An old-fashioned artificial lake takes up most of the backyard, so there is only a small swimming pool. There is no children's playground. Nothing to attract children. The network is very poor. There is no signal in rooms slightly far away from the elevator.

Water coming from the bathroom shower head... It comes out on both sides, and it comes out from the hole, and if you use the shower, the bathroom becomes a sea of ​​water. I was going to eat cup ramen, but I didn't eat it when I saw that the coffee pot was rusty. It was a bit harsh. The bed is a bit hard too. It's not soundproof. The building next door looked like an abandoned house, so I was surprised when I first arrived. And there was nothing other than a bathroom mirror. The window in my room also opens about 10 cm (wall view). It was a bit difficult to dry my swimsuit. However, since I was always on tour, I spent little time in my room, so it was bearable.

The hotel is nice, very clean, there are many people, there are many restaurants, there is a Chinese lady at the front desk, who can provide Chinese services. The whole hotel is very suitable for vacation and leisure travel... I will go there next time

On the last day of Saipan, because the flight back to Korea was 3 am, I arrived at the hotel temporarily booked after Saipan as a place to rest before boarding the plane. I really like this swimming pool to swim while watching the beautiful scenery of Lao Lao Beach. Our family of three arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed the pool experience alone. The Filipino housekeeper in charge of the reception was also very warm and kind. We really didn’t want to go back to the city to eat after swimming, but the embarrassment was because we wanted to leave before we used up the US dollars we exchanged. The hotel is located far from the city. The traffic on the mountain is inconvenient. Can't walk I can't use the card and Alipay. Fortunately, the housekeeper made a simple meal for us in Figure 4 for free. It is also recommended if you are a friend to meet here, it feels very suitable for a pool party.
