Very good close to Eurostar station and the hotel is updated however there are ants inside the safety box which is scary

Very nice accommodation, near to the train station and tourist sites in Brussels, 20min walk to Grand place.

the location is excellent at the central of train station and MRT station. easy to move around and many shops for food and shopping. the hotel staff is friendly and also great facilities with in door pools. highly recommend for business traveling.

Stayed here for a short city break with my partner and it’s a great little spot. The location is so close to the station and a nice little walk from the town centre and all the main sites. The room was clean and comfortable The spa lovely The fitness room good The garden area nice

Nice hotel but location nearby renovation so .. , overall hotel was good , nice steam room sauna are , small basic gym for little workout , calm n relaxing environment , walking distance have good food , Would like stay again next time

Compact hotel clean ,during the subway construction.

Excellent hotel and staff. The proximity of railways station makes the close surroundings less attractive especially with construction on going.

酒店地理位置優越，過一個有軌電車街區便是布魯塞爾南站。而且是國際連鎖內部環境比較正確。而且還有spa和桑拿及蒸氣浴和健身房。但是處於火車站旁邊，外部環境臟亂差。氛圍有點像窮人區比較嚇人。😄

服務非常到位，乾淨衞生整潔，早餐豐盛，地理位置優越

服務態度惡劣 酒店門口和圖片區別特別大 特別是客房服務 門都不敲 直接進來

The area around the hotel is undergoing construction, the position is away from the centre and has lots of homeless people sleeping in the rough. Would not recommend staying there for a few years until the area is cleaned up.

Hotel was fine in itself but there is building works out the front which woke me up just after 6am both mornings which is ridiculous, these rooms shouldn’t be used when there’s builders outside. Also room wasn’t very clean as move a chair to use it and toenails fell off and were also on the carpet - pretty vile

Friendly staff and nice hotel - small bar and small fitness centre, but was enough as spent most time in Brussels. Location is handy for Eurostar terminal but not the greatest of areas (felt safe…but looks a bit dodgy) - short walk (15 mins) to Grand Place - loads of roadworks and disruption in Brussels, but didn’t trouble us
