Very comfortable hotel. Ideal for visiting Normandy. Lots of safe parking. Lots of facilities in the area

This hotel was a nice surprise. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was welcoming and the breakfast was good. Plus, the parking is free, which is not an easy thing to find in Caen.

Rated as 2 star B&B hotel so wasn’t expecting much , stayed 2 nights with dad and brother in one room, bunk beds at 53 years old lol, but served a purpose visiting the DDay museums and landing sites, and 100m away was a superb restaurant, functional, clean and lovely staff, will use this place again

At the time we arrived at the hotel the reception desk was closed. Unfortunately we had difficulties checking into the hotel as the self check in machine wouldn’t accept our booking code. It was very stressful. Luckily a staff member of the hotel that was of duty helped us out. She was helpful and friendly. She experienced the same problem and had to make a phone call to get the right booking number that was very different from the number that was given to us by ***********. The hotel itself is in need of renovation. Lot’s of old fixtures everywhere. The room size is ok but there is a strange smell coming from the bathroom. The only place to keep your toiletries is right above the toilet bowl. Make sure you always have the lid closed as toiletries can easily fall into the toilet! Towels were very small and worn out. The bed was uncomfortable and felt rock hard. No airconditioning available so it might get uncomfortable on hot days. We had much better experiences at other budget hotels of the same brand. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Very basic hotel. Clean and good for a night’s rest but that it about it. Well priced but really nothing around and it is just a place to sleep. No lift which is problematic. Breakfast was nothing to write home about at all. Would probably find a better location if staying for more than a night.

I booked this as it was cheap and dog friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. Plenty of parking on arrival Check in was done on line prior to arrival so we had our room number and key code and went straight in even though reception was closed The room was small and clean The bathroom was spotless with towels and soap We found the bed to be extremely comfortable and the room was a pleasant temperature Our dog was made welcome and slept in our room, no bother. She seemed quite content with things Reception were very helpful. The coffee machine wouldn’t take my card and the receptionist organised coffee from the breakfast area for us. For the money we thought it was good We visited a nearby restaurant for food and the supermarket across the street, but aren’t sure if there is much else in the area

Have stayed 1 night out of 2 never again. We had a mentally disturbed person in the next room who constantly banged on our door and was running against his bedroom wall as if trying to bulldoze into our room. He also kept trying door handles to other rooms. The reception is closed at night no staff available. On complaining this morning the guy was incredulous stating that the guy was a longer term hotel guest and the hotel is aware that he has caused problems with guests previously. At breakfast my daughter who was in a different room was subjected to her door handle being tried several times, and s family of 4 from Holland were also disturbed by him and they were on a different floor. This is very disturbing. Further to the above mentioned the paid for breakfast was a farce. Don't waste your money. I would like my money refunded. Have just returned back to the hotel to find the reception guy hasn't made any effort to move the mentally ill schizophrenic. The receptionist thought it quite amusing . I don't find it funny neither acceptable for this to occur and not be dealt with appropriately. The response from band b client services was to have the reception at the hotel deal with the matter. B and b clearly don't want to deal in the short term client interest. The response is atrocious given they had my phone number. All this and I had trouble with my second booking at a b and b hotel who despite being paid over 330 euros in full two years ago made errors and told me my account wasn't paid. This hotel chain is a joke! The response from client services was to contact reception, this I had already done. Clearly giving me the runaround.

Tanggapan dari Properti: Monsieur, Nous ne comprenons pas votre commentaire car nous avons fait le nécessaire dans un premier temps pour mettre ce client à un étage différent, nous vous avons également fait la proposition de changer de chambre. Le client que vous décrivez comme mentalement "dérangé" est un client habitué certes mais qui à ce jour n'avait dérangé personne de cette façon et nous en sommes désolés. Cependant nous avons une astreinte 24h/24h avec un N° d'urgence situé à l'entrée de l'hôtel afin de faire intervenir la personne sur site et vous ne l'avez pas utilisé. Vous mentionnez que lors du petit déjeuner une personne à essayé de rentrer dans la chambre de votre fille. Comment pouvez vous affirmer cette situation si vous étiez au petit déjeuner ? Et nous n'avons jamais trouvé cette situation "amusante" nous mettons toujours tout en oeuvre pour répondre aux exigences de notre clientèle afin de leur faire passer un séjour le plus agréable possible. Vous mentionnez également avoir eu un problème dans un autre B&B et je ne vois pas ce que nous pouvons faire de notre côté sur ce litige avec l'hôtel en question? Un service client BB est à votre disposition pour ce genre de réclamation. Notre engagement est de satisfaire le client mais peut être que cette fois nous n'avons pas été à la hauteur et nous nous en excusons. Cordialement

It’s a cheap, no frills hotel. Room was basic but clean. Free parking and supposedly gated entry although I saw few youngsters loitering around in the car park at night. Near Caen memorial and motorway.

Très déçue de cet hôtel. La literie est horriblement dure et lorsque je le signale rien ne m est proposé alors que j ai réservé 3 nuits (j'ai du prendre une 3eme nuit car pas la possibilité de partir après 17h) Pas de changement de chambre possible. Il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux. Le rideau de douche étant trop court, la salle de bain est inondée à chaque douche... Le signal wifi est très faible dans la chambre j'ai dû travailler en partage de connexion. Un vol a eu lieu dans la nuit: le portail ne ferme plus. L'emplacement est pourtant idéal proche du mémorial mais je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Ormai per il nostro tour de france in auto stiamo soggiornando solo in questi hotel. Perfetti per chi ha poche pretese, ed è di passaggio o comunque sfrutta la stanza giusto per dormire -colazione minimale , ma può andare -Wi-Fi -parcheggio -stanza piccola ma con bagno privato (wc, lavabo e doccia) -asciugamani (3) e già disponibili i dispenser sapone -personale gentile -distributori automatici -pulizia buona Tutte le strutture presentano le stesse caratteristiche per cui se vi trovate bene in uno , di conseguenza sapete cosa troverete nel prossimo

Habituer de cette hôtel ce soir rien ne va la machine en bas bouffe l’argent sans donne les article et les prise fonctionne pas dans la chambre de plus ps de chauffage quand tu arrive c’est pas comme si on été en décembre on va réfléchir à deux fois je pense

Le 09 novembre onnest chez B&B à Honfleur, pour 2 adultes 2 enfants, grosse surprise 2 chambres, une pour les Kids et une pour les parents qui gardent leur intimité avec en + lit King Size, une grande tv par chambre en prime... ici le 10 novembre même réservation mais 1 petite chambre avec 1 lit adulte taille normal accolé à un lit superposé dans la même pièce et avec 1 petite tv...sans aucune intimité, dans la salle de bain un pauvre petit rideau de douche, 1 lavabo qui fuit, même pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle de salle de bain. Petit déjeuner, petit coin pour y manger, ici tout est petit et en prime on a payé 10€ plus cher que la veille..., allez comprendre, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, trop déçu
