"Everything was good. The little kitchenette was cute. My only complaint was that they didn't have any napkins or paper towels for us to use when we had dinner in our room. We just had a tissue box and toilet paper. I thought that was odd. What if we spilled something, how would we clean it up? I wouldn't use the white towels because it would stain cleaning up something like pop or wine."

AmericInn by Wyndham St. Cloud MN I-94 ★★

📍 4385 Clearwater Rd, Stasiun Cloud

"This place is not as advertised! It's a disgrace to Ameracinn name. I booked it based on reviews and they had to be about a different hotel. We asked for top level, there's only 2, and when I asked about the request, the clerk just laughed and smiled. Not sure she understood English. I brought my grandchildren with expecting to swim, relax and rest up for a tournament that one played the next day. They put us in the last room by the exit. People coming in and out slamming the door smoking and walking their dogs. This hotel has people living there that I never would bring my grandkids or my self around. Lots of them! The pool was ice cold and had "things" floating in it. The hot tub was full of nasty water and people. Our room had a bar of soap stuck in the shower, a toothbrush laying by the bed, and our window wouldn't lock! Absolutely no safety beings as there's cars parked right outside the window. The breakfast was a joke. The people that live there take the place over. Grandson wanted a waffle and was waiting but the person kept making them and handing them to fellow tenants. I wouldn't let them eat anything else. PLEASE if you're like us, a typical family looking for a place to relax and enjoy a night away, DO NOT stay here!"

Americas Best Value Inn and Suites St. Cloud

"I had a highly disappointing stay at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites St. Cloud. The issues started with a room that had no functioning heat—the radiator only emitted cold air, and it was rusted, leaking, and had a large pool of water in it. This made the room musty and damp, likely due to the leak. The chairs were wet, sticky, and torn, and the walls were stained. One of the lamps had a short, and the fridge had not been cleaned—it still contained food from the previous guest. The ice maker was broken, and the key cards barely worked, needing to be fixed multiple times a day. The door often jammed, and the curtain rods were rusted. The room was also covered in dust and cobwebs. When I raised these concerns, the staff found it amusing and did not offer any resolutions or an alternative room. Additionally, I was told I would not be allowed to speak with management. This state of the room and the negligence of the hotel staff present a significant health and safety hazard, especially for guests with children. I have been in communication with the hotel's corporate customer care for nearly a month now, with constant promises of resolving this quickly. However, nothing has been done except for empty promises. This experience has been immensely frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel."
