Best Western Plus St. Augustine I-95

Property was updated, clean and service was very good. Only complaint is the road construction that made entrance and exit harder. Also, Restaurants next door was almost impossible to get to. Even GPS had a hard time and sent us around a long way while there was a shorter route that we accidently found after breakfast one morning.

This place was central and very assessable to places. Not to far from old town st augustine. It was friendly and clean.

The breakfast setup did not flow, it caused long slow lines even for coffee. The water in the area made it really difficult to wash off the soap. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room had a smell to it. Only one garbage can in the room Beds very uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Only one waffle maker but had two four slice toasters so long wait. Variety was awful the potatoes were not cooked all the way sausages was soaked in grease made them mushy. I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub I even called to make sure they had one and that is was working and they said yes. We get there at 4:15 check in and take our things up to the room and then went to dinner. We get back from dinner and get changed for the pool and hot tub. We get down there and there were no lights on and we get in the hot tub and it’s cold. My husband went to the front desk to ask if they could turn the lights on and how to turn the hot tub on for heat. They had told him that they close the pool and hot tub at dark which is 5:30 pm. So the next day we were going to go in the hot tub first before we went out on the town and the hot tub was still cold went to the front desk and they said it’s on a timer that it turns on at 4pm. So that means it’s only on for 1 1/2 hours the whole day. They said they closed it at dark cause it’s Florida’s state law that they need a lifeguard and they didn’t have one which is a lie cause here I am at a different hotel in Florida with no lifeguard and able to swim after dark. Very disappointed in this stay. For $300 for two nights we should be able to enjoy the amenities if they were honest about the hot tub we wouldn’t have stayed

Bed was not comfortable, pillows were very small, shower was very slippery. Breakfast was very limited.

The property was nice. The guests on the other hand not so. It's a shame the guests make it so others don't want to visit again.

Our stay at Best Western Plus was very nice. Our room Queen size bed with sofa was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were very friendly and informative to the St. Augustine area. Christmas time in St Augustine is spectacular!

This was the cleanest, quietest place I've ever stayed at. The beds were so comfy too. I would definitely stay again.

Freshly remodeled, friendly, competent staff, nice breakfast buffet with many options, which changed daily—anything you could desire— fresh fruits and waffle maker. Great hot beverages from a top-line Bunn machine that freshly ground the coffee. Only thing lacking was a soap dish or tray in the shower, slightly inconvenient.
