Very convenient, friendly staff, and clean!! Stayed here with my daughter after seeing a concert and felt safe.

didnt like that there is no restaurant in the premises and have to order out to local stores. I loved the breakfast.

My sister and I traveled out of town for a family funeral and stayed at this hotel. Upon check-in I found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. However, when we woke up the next day my sister who slept in the opposite bed discovered bed bug bites on her arm! I contacted the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, who had not come in at that time. The staff did immediately have me come to the desk to get keys for a different room. We gathered our things and sat them up on desks and tables as we had to leave early for the limosine pickup for the services. When I returned I again inquired about speaking to the manager. She was apparently tied up but did look around a corner to make sure the clerk knew which keys were ours. She never acknowledged us or apologized for our inconvenience. She also did not offer to extend a night's stay at a later date. As a travel nurse I realize that unfortunately these situations can occur and as guests we want to minimize our damage. So the room change was appropriate. However, the manager's lack of concern was unacceptable! If she had of acknowledged the problem I would have given a different review.

Nice and convenient to the airport with transportation to and from. I would recommend for short trips.

One of the earliest and nicest check ins of my life. The shuttle driver Mark was very prompt and courteous and the staff person, August, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I have done a lot of traveling, both domestic and international, and this is a first rate experience.

The desk staff was very friendly. However, housekeeping missed vacuuming our floor daily and there was a stained bed headboard and stains on the carpet. (Yuk!!!). Card key to parking lot gate failed to let us come & go.

We were just passing through and only stayed briefly, but we would highly recommend! Great check-in, super clean and comfy room, and especially loved the Dove amenities. Amazing.

It was conveniently located and the bed was very comfortable. However, the common areas such as hallways and elevator area were quite dirty and clearly not cleaned often. Because housekeeping is not daily, people piled their trash such as pizza boxes or even trash bags outside of the rooms. Occasionally we smelled **** in the hallways.

I had a flight early next morning and also had a rental car to still return before heading to the airport. The gentleman behind the counter relieved a lot of stress by allowing me the opportunity to drop the rental car off that night (it was around 11:30 pm) and had their shuttle pick me up from the car rental place! I thought that was the kindest gesture to make. In the morning, catching a shuttle to the airport was easy. The shuttle leaves every 20 mins for convenience and the driver was very kind and professional. This is for sure the hotel of choice for me from this point on. I will also recommend this hotel to others. The beds are very comfortable as well as the pillows! I got a good nights rest. Thank you for your top notch customer service!

Property has changed brands since the last time I stayed here but the quality is still great. Rooms and facility are nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't rate 10/10 is because housekeeping came, banging on doors at 930am on Saturday. Not sure if the room occupant needed assistance or if housekeeping was cleaning rooms early. Either way, it's a nice stay and I'll continue to stay in the future.

Bed railing sticking out on one the queen bed. Soap left on pump in shower. Otherwise stay was ok.

I’ve been waiting to check in at the front desk for 45 minutes and there’s literally no employees. I have called and can hear the phone ringing. Another customer was waiting to catch the shuttle and had to call an Uber because there’s literally no employees anywhere. I can’t leave because my reservation is nonrefunfable, but I have to be at the airport at 4am and it’s already 9pm… awful experience so far. I’m traveling with a baby who is fussy and if absolutely love it if I could just get into my room to change him.

I stay at this hotel when I need to catch an early flight from STL airport. The shuttle is convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the rates are very reasonable.

The Wingate was conveniently located near the airport and rental cars. Everything else was less than a ten minute drive. I enjoyed my weekend there.
