服務很不滿意： 1、預訂帶陽台的，入住普通不帶陽台的，發現後找前台前台告知訂單沒顯示，待有退房可以調換； 2、間隔不到一小時扣兩筆200刀的預授權，發現後詢問酒店，答覆同姓氏客人多，扣錯了，待離店後會預授權一併解除。可笑，美國酒店中國同一姓氏會太多了導致扣錯賬！ 3.工作效率低下！15號上午離店，截止目前兩筆預授權均未解除，而其他後續18，19號入住酒店預授權均已解除。

總體在薩市是最好的，就是河邊在修繕圍住了去不了河邊，位置有點偏，但安靜。餐廳味道不錯。酒店總體服務非常好。總之，這已經是薩市想住多幾天可選之一

酒店還在翻新……味道非常重，而且衹能代客停車，收費$45挺不划算的

乾淨 安靜 服務親切，效率高！每個工作人員看起來都很有激情，11點退房，11點之前不會有人敲門，這點對於愛賴床的人來説非常好！

非常不錯 離五號公路挺近的 交通便利 房間挺大但價格不貴 要説缺點 唯一就是停車場要收費 衹能代客泊車 不知道是不是前院停車位少的關係。

酒店有點歷史感了，設施有些老舊，但衞生乾淨。最好定有陽台的河景房。Valet 很貴45刀每晚，三四星酒店的感覺。服務還好。

持續繼續回購。床墊很好。

What a bad experience no service the place was under construction the staff was rude waited two hours for a drink by the pool. What a waste of money

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was newly renovated, it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having a great restaurant next door as well! I would definitely stay here again!

There was cunstruction at this property limiting view of river and blocking of access to the lawn and walkway beside river. This was the feature that made us choose this location. Staff offered no compensation for this inconvenience and there was no warning of this inconvenience

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I drove up for check-in. The room was super clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

The entire place was under construction and restaurant for breakfast had us waiting and never attended us. We left. They did comp the 45.00 a nite for parking though. Give it a 3 for a Westin.
