Very good hotel.

屬於比較漂亮的汽車旅館，一樓有一家很受歡迎的餐廳，9點後半價，超多人，乾淨整潔，環境也不錯！但房間提供用具很少，沒有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，沒有礦泉水提供，需要到前台大廳打水，不方便！

房間大，設施全，但是隔音不是很好。出行打車需要提前預約，其他還好。

一般般比較像汽車旅館，沒有瓶裝水，酒店前台叫我喝自來水。雖然知道加拿大水能直接飲用 但還是覺得很奇怪

Room was very clean and comfortable. Always stay here when we come to Victoria. Price is affordable and well worth it! Of course the duck is a bonus. I always take it to give to my grand daughters. They love them.

Staff was available for late night check-in. Room was tidy and clean. Very happy with our stay!

Walls very thin, I could hear the party next store at 12.30 pm. I called front desk to ask them ask the neighbors to be quiet and that worked. The suite faced a busy street and I could hear the traffic all night. There was no instruction on how to use the two remote controls. I asked for a quiet location when I checked in and they said none were available ..4 pm on a Tuesday in February. There were 6 people floating around the check in desk and none would check me in while I waited for 10 minutes.

Enjoyed receiving rubber ducky. Breakfast not available anymore- that was disappointing.

Had a great stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly - they even recognized me - and made our check in easy. Finding a parking spot wasn't a problem regardless of arriving going onto 11:00 at night. The room was clean, and I was able to sign into a streaming service on the smart TV to watch a movie.

Very friendly staff! The room was spacious, bed comfortable and fantastic pillows! We’d definitely stay again
