Room quality is not good. Mosquitos are there, very old ac setup which is not functioning efficiently. Hotel phone directory is not there in the room. Food quality is ok.

Very ordinary room. Toilets are dirty. Bathroom accessories are local ones. Furniture is all scraped.

The usp if the ark hotels is its good location. The room service part was generally quick, but the front desk was a bit of a dampener. The front desk staff was mostly non-greeting and less on energy for client dealing. They were polite but private conversations were also happening in between which shouldn’t have been the case. All in all you could stay here if looking at a reasonable budget option.

Location is ok, view from balcony is bad, food is just ok. I stayed for 1 night. Room cleanliness is good. Couldn't use swimming pool because of winter season

Good hotel with good interior in the entrance. Location is nice on the highway. Repeated food in the map is boring. No buffet available in the dinner. Tv was not working properly. Room lock was not working as well.
