Very nice and clean

Per la pulizia della camera bisogna avvisare ogni mattina se ci si ferma più di un giorno; la camera è grande con vista sul Tamigi, ma la tappezzeria della sedia è usurata e sgradevolmente macchiata; il personale è molto disponibile e gentile; la colazione buona e varia. A cena il cibo è decisamente buono ma i tempi di attesa molto lunghi.

We stayed at the Royal Arsenal Hotel Woolwich for total of 3 nights in two stays this week. The check-in was fast, smooth, and we were up on our room in less than 5 mins. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The express check-out was easy and no fuss. Overall, a very great stay for us.

Great room Dreadful overpriced breakfast ....cold and had to wait ages for food to be cooked...staff were overwhelmed with amount of customers....didn't appear to be any managers in the restaurant...really bad

Very warmingly welcomed. Great friendly staff, great food and variety of food, I slept well during my temporary stay situated lovely area with great transport city connections. I would go again because of the reasons mentioned above Thankyou for making my temporary stay a positive one

Great location alongside the impressive Woolwich arsenal developments and made even more special by the Elizabeth line being a 10 minute walk away. Reception staff were very welcoming and super helpful during our stay. We booked a family room which I don’t think is any bigger than a standard double so it was a little cramped with an additional bed made up. Also the bathroom was very tired and needs some attention. The extractor fan didn’t work so the whole room filled with steam following 3 showers. Breakfast provided by beefeater was your standard affair and plentiful however which team were on duty dictated your experience, Louise at the start and end of stay was excellent, however the mid break team not so, they had to be asked for many things inc plates, bowls, cereals, teaspoons, juice etc. Overall a good stay which we would do again, hopefully after a little refurbishment 😎

7 of us stayed in 4 rooms for a local family wedding. The hotel is well located to Woolwich tube station. The hotel is exactly what you hope for from a Premier Inn - clean, well maintained, with decent rooms and a nice breakfast. It is also very quiet in the bedrooms bearing in mind it's on a busy road in London.

We chose this hotel as we had to come up for a funeral. It was one we had used before, and in the right location. We were surprised at how dark it was in the room, net curtains at window on third floor unnecessary. It made the room very dark and dismal. The room was clean . In the bathroom we had only one bath towel and despite asking for another, and the staff saying they would bring one to our room, it never materialised. So we had to and get one ourselves. We had a good nights sleep though, and the hotel is 8n a nice location right by the Armoury, the river Thames and close to the Elizabeth l8ne.

The only way to have your room cleaned is to notify reception before noon, but there is rarely anyone at reception, so our room was only once during our stay. The most concerning thing about our stay was the fact that, on our third night, we returned to the hotel to find that our room keys didn't work. We went down to reception who issued us new keys without asking for any form of ID or confirming any personal information. When we entered our room with the new keys, we found two strange suitcases and a garment bag that did not belong to us. Us. What apparently happened was reception gave keys to our room to total strangers who then left their suitcases there. Fortunately for us none of our belongings were taken. There was no question that we were occupying our room because our clothes were hung up and personal toiletries and medication were replaced in the bathroom. For some reason, the Premier Inn had issued our room to someone else while we still occupied it. The Premier Inn offered us a new room which didn't feel secure either because it had an adjoining door. The only compensation the premier Inn offered at for this experience was complementary breakfast for the remainder of our stay which was 4 days.

I stayed at the Premier Inn (Woolwich) for a total of seven weeks, due to booking procedures this was arranged over multiple bookings for that period. There was one night where upon they was fully booked and after checking on a daily basis this was still the case. The staff (Who were all amazing) continually tried to juggle bookings around to accommodate that one night for me but it just couldn't be achieved with no fault of their own. The Manager stepped in and i don't know how he done it to this day but managed to find space for me so that i wasn't homeless for that one night as a nearby hotel was also fully booked the same night. It was also arranged that i kept the same room (Overlooking a City and river view) for the entire seven weeks which meant i didn't have to pack up my belongings each time and relocate, top service. Food downstairs in the Beefeater is not great, breakfast very limited choice on both the Continental and cooked, breakfast area not the cleanest with food and plates left on the tables limiting the choice on where to sit. Dinner is poor quality, limited choice and expensive for the area.

Very nice hotel, very clean, very welcoming, very quiet aswell, I felt pretty safe also. Loved the vending machines that were always full, I could go there anytime of the day to get a snack. Breakfast was really good, and was being restocked often .

Great hotel. Got to mention Rija. She's an asset to the hotel. So helpful and friendly. When I was checking in online she waited so that she could help me with my room key. Had a nice meal in the restaurant too. Service was a little slow bit there were only 3 people for the entire bar and restaurant so I think they did well. Once again the star of the show was Rija.
