Ulasan Mainport Hotel Rotterdam a Hilton Affiliate Hotel

Hotel was in a good location, right next to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. For the price, I thought the amenities in the room were lacking. No iron, some of the sachets eg. Shoe shine was torn open, a wine glass was missing, bare minimum of tea options, the bath took 40 minutes to drain, and the hot water was BURNING - burnt myself (no warning). I usually don’t complain about stays but as this a highly rated hotel and for the price I paid, I was disappointed.

Always love to spend our big days in this hotel. Super close to our home too.

Room is new, bed is super comfy It has a sauna Massage in the bathtub In door swimming pool that was open until 11:30 And my son loved the breakfast

Clean room, Loved the whirlpool Breakfast fare though was almost similar the 3 days I stayed

Everything was really clean and perfect. Top notch. The Whirlpool was reslly enjoyable. Location great 5mintue and you're in the city center.

The reception is extremely disrespectful. As a businessman traveling around the world, I think I have experience in many hotels. The hotel is a 4 star hotel. It definitely does not deserve 5 stars. The rooms are small and simple. The beds are mediocre. The breakfast is Cafe style. They take a deposit of 100 euros at the entrance. I was satisfied with the room the next day. I asked for a change because I couldn't stay. They asked for a second deposit for a new reservation. I said there was a deposit included. It was for the first reservation. We will refund it to your account after a week. The same hotel is disrespectful enough to ask for a second deposit for a different room and arrogant enough to treat its customers as thieves. I definitely do not recommend it. In terms of hotel standard, it is really 4 stars at most, definitely not 5 stars. The rooms are 3 stars.

Rough around the edges is the best way to sum up this place. It looks nice but the service is bad- one would hope the front desk would see a line and respect that order rather than just letting anyone walk up- nope. The bell men/ concierge don't actually help with bags😳. The wifi for the building was out for half of my stay. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned about when it would be repaired 🤦♀️ The only good thing I can truly boast about is the bar tenders cocktail skills, he makes some gooooood cocktails.

Booked 1 night and it was everything we expected it to be. Vert clean and friendly. Next time i’ll be booking here again

The hotel location is good and nearby shopping areas

We drove from North Germany to Rotterdam, and the hotel was easily found with great amenities. We could walk to and fro around the city, visit Marktal, The Cube house and etc. The room was clean with a comfortable king-size bed, bathroom with bath tub and etc. Would love to visit Rotterdam again, and we will still stay in Mainport.

Good location, price of parking 39,5€. Over all good enough.
