Ulasan Rotterdam Teleport Hotel

Hotel yang buruk! Saya membuat janji di sini selama 4 malam. Pada hari check-in, pria Afrika-Amerika di meja depan mengatur kamar. Dia mengatur kamar terkecil. Koper tidak bisa dibuka. Sepertinya tidak ada yang punya check-in lama sekali. Apalagi AC-nya rusak. Saya turun untuk langsung lapor ke dia, dan dia bilang semua kamar sudah penuh, jadi dia hanya bisa memberi saya kipas angin. Saya pergi ke hotel besar situs web reservasi kamar, dan ada banyak kamar yang tersedia, dia sengaja menolak untuk memberikannya kepada saya, saya berubah ... Itu harus diskriminatif terhadap saya dari Asia, siswa. Selalu panas di malam hari, sangat panas sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur. Karena jendela yang terbuka, dua nyamuk masuk, dan saya menangkap nyamuk sepanjang malam. Saya sangat benci hotel ini! Pengalaman buruk! Untungnya, keesokan harinya, layanan pelanggan Trip bernegosiasi dengan wanita cantik berambut panjang lainnya di meja depan, dan segera pindah ke kamar lain, sehingga saya bisa tidur dan bepergian dengan tenang. Kesimpulannya, jangan menginap di hotel ini!

No air conditioning in the room. I never stay no air conditioning , just fan and air conditioning switch. I couldn’t believe it.

No guardbar on the upper bunk, not safe for sleeping on the upper bunk bunk. Nice service.

It was nice staying in this hotel. compact yet affordable located at the city senter.

this is so bad. mosquitoes, bed bugs… and the man above my bed is terrible. very rude and swore at me… living there 4 night and every night in horror. bad trip

The AC was broken, so the room was full of fans I liked the electric sockets next to beds. Everything else was fine.

In general I am satisfied with the service in the hotel. However, I requested a quiet room and the hotel staff placed me next to some very noisy guests. Cleaning staff were very noisy in the morning too. I was not able to have very good rest due to noise. Windows and walls were not sound-proof. Art and decorations were nice in the hotel. Location was very nice and carpark price is Ok though slightly expensive. Mix of guests were not too nice the days that we stayed in.

Room is comfy and clean, within walking distance to the station. Only stayed there for a night. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

First time living in Rotterdam Free coffee and tea 24/7 Free fridge and microwave to use in common area
