Lovely hotel right opposite the beach, very clean and cosy, good sized rooms and a plentiful breakfast!

Hotel situated right in front of the main beach. Staff is very friendly food reasonable great pool on roof with bar and stunning views of the sea. I would recommend to families and couples.

Lovely hotel great location, always get a lounger no matter what time of day it was even though people were reserving towels and not even showing their face.

Ubicación perfecta frente al mar y con muchos servicios alrededor. Fácil de aparcar en la calle ya que el hotel del parking cobra 10€ el día y hay parking afuera gratis. El buffet del desayuno muy bien. El aire acondicionado en la habitación NO funcionaba muy bien, NO hay aire en ninguna otra área del restaurante, lo cual es algo bastante inconodo para estas épocas. La caja fuerte de la hab NO funcionaba, lo reportamos y nunca lo arreglaron. El teléfono de la habitación NO funcionaba, así que si queríamos reporter algo al #9 que es la recepción NO podíamos. La habitación es amplia, sencilla pero cómoda.

Très bien situé. Face à la playa. Mais aussi si vous êtes véhiculés pour bouger sur le reste de l’île. La chambre n’avait rien d’exceptionnelle mais reste correcte. La Clim fonctionne bien mais cependant un peu bruyante pour ceux qui auraient le sommeil léger. Perso, on a préféré la couper la nuit. Le parking est payant. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top! On a hâte de se réveiller pour en profiter. A noter qu’il y a un dress code pour le dîner au restaurant cap roig ainsi que pour la terrasse/piscine du 5eme étage qui est interdite aux enfants.

Had such a great time at this hotel. Perfect location, right on the beach and the view from the roof top was beautiful. Our room was spacious and very clean, good shower in the bathroom and very comfy bed. I opted for a pool view room and was happy with that. We were B&B as we like to eat out every night, but the breakfast was pretty good and varied. The cocktails on the roof top were amazing!! We spent every day on the roof, the infinity pool was great and the beds were lovely too. Loads of places nearby for eating out, you were never more than a 10 min walk away from a restaurant. Definitely recommend Santa Ponsa to get away from the main noisy area of Magaluf and enjoy a more chilled time as a couple

This hotel is in the best location right across from Santa Poncas white sandy beach! Bar barracuda is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. First class for amenities, friendly staff and cleanliness. Our room was kept clean & tidy throughout our stay. Food plenty of choice we stayed B&B. Thankfully no sun bed wars… but not enough parasols by the pool for shade, so witnessed people taking if you nipped for food or to the shop. Two pool areas, the one on the roof top has fantastic views and 16+ if you want it a little quieter chill time. If we return to Santa Ponca we will definitely stay at Casa Del Mar

We had a room with a sea view. Because it was on the first floor our view was obscured by trees but still nice. Some of the other rooms have double sun beds outside the balcony. Ours didn’t have one but we didn’t mind because it was too hot to lie out on them. Room was nice and modern with 3 pillows (luxury) and plenty of storage. Lovely big shower too with lots of shampoo and conditioner. The cleaning of the bathroom, and the room could have been better though. The pool area was great. We never had any trouble getting a sunbed and didn’t have to get up really early to get one. Only criticism is the lack of umbrellas. Rooftop pool was gorgeous and nice to have a child free area. But again the lack of any shade because no umbrellas with sun beds, or covers on the cabana beds was an issue. I saw someone using a sheet from their room to get some shade. We were bed and breakfast and the food and the dining room were good. No complaints. Overall a good hotel in a great location opposite the beach.

This is a lovely modern hotel, centrally based, so great access to everything with great facilities and amazing staff. However, it could do with a few minor improvements to cement its 4 star rating. We arrived around 5 pm, check-in was straightforward, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We'd booked a superior room with a sea view and got a corner room with a wrap around balcony with great views. The balcony had a low table and 2 chairs, but it didn't have a mini maiden to hang wet towels and bikinis on. The balcony perimeter was glass, so pegging anything on there was difficult, so we ended up using the chairs to dry items, which meant we didn't really sit out on the balcony that much of an evening. The room was spacious with a separate shower room. The room was cleaned every day, bins emptied, and towels changed. The staff who cleaned the rooms were brilliant, we left them all our Euro change, a thank you note and a bottle of vodka we loved them so much. The beds weren't the comfiest but adequate for our stay, and there was a great selection of pillows to use. Great flat screen TV with plenty of channels and also a mini fridge to use. Like with most hotels, you don't get a great number of hangers to use. However, I took extra travel hangers, which meant we got 9 hangers each, which was fine. The hotel layout took a bit of getting used to, the lifts close to the reception are really small but we found there was several ways to get to our room so taking time to explore the hotel is recommended. The main pool area was decked, so it got hot in the sun, but it was well maintained and jet washed during our stay. The sunbeds were fine, but there weren't sufficient poolside umbrellas. There was a well documented sunbed policy, laminated cards dotted about the pool, but no enforcement of the rules, so plenty of reserving beds went on with the policy mainly ignored. Pool towels are available with a deposit that came in handy to use with your own towel, and you could get fresh ones from the lifeguard. The hotel also has an adults only rooftop section with beds, bali beds, and an infinity pool. These were great, but there wasn't any shade to bed had. For all bali bed covers can be seen in the main photos, there was none on any bed during out stay which meant the sun could be brutal. There was a bat and seating area to use, and the staff made a great cocktail. The dining room was spacious and had an outdoor section by the pool. We only stayed B&B, but breakfast was served until 10.30, which was great. It was the usual buffet style with an array of choices, I'd asked ahead about gluten free options ahead of time and some were available but they weren't the best so I ended up buying better options from the supermarket next door to use each morning. The restaurant facilities were good, and the staff worked tirelessly (can't fault them), but I've had better food choices in other H10 hotels I've stayed at. Check out was 12 noon which is qui

This hotel is great would return but could do with some little improvements. When we arrived at around 1:30pm our room was ready. The room is a little on the smaller side. Not sure what other rooms are like but ours was quite small. The room was very clean and cleaned everyday, fresh beds and fresh towels everyday, bins changed. Can’t complain about that:) Our main problem with the room was the fact that it didn’t have a kettle, which in all my stays everywhere I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere without a kettle. Even if just a kettle without tea coffee etc. but nothing. Breakfast had plenty of options, but mainly hot food wasn’t upto standard of a four star+ hotel. Still good to have and can accommodate everyone. The hotel is a great place to stay for location. Best hotel for location in my opinion. The hotel is so beautiful. Very modern and clean. Both pools are great. The only thing I think could be improved is that, there should be some sort of key card for the lift as it seemed that anyone was on the room top through the day when looking for a bed, which doesn’t seem to be fair when you pay to have the best seats and can’t get them because anyone off the street is up there. It isn’t rammed with people but around both pools it seems to be very hard to get a seat or space. Sauna, steam room and inside pool are also great and not too busy. Everything was overall good and we would definitely return as it has plenty more pros than cons.

We checked in last night on 17/06 late in the evening, we are located in the back of the hotel which is VERY different to the front of the hotel. We have a triple room which looks onto bins and a service area with all the air conditioning units blasting away. This hotel is aesthetically pleasing from the outside but some of the rooms seem very far from what is published on the hotel website. If you need a family room I suggest you book the Verdemar 500 metres away, it’s cheaper, the rooms are larger, and has better views but maybe not so easy on the eyes from outside. We asked for a change of room but it’s not possible as the hotel is very busy, the staff seem very nice but they should not be using these rooms at full price.

Visited at sunset for a few drinks and had a lovely time. The cocktails were nice and the view was beautiful. They had edible straws which I haven't seen anywhere before there was lots of space and plenty of seating, just needed a bit of music. Would definitely recommend.
