The staff are overly aggressive. The manager does not understand his role. He just supports what ever the staff ask of him.
They charge me $20 for not coming out at 11o'clock. I was ready before twelve. They know that they can easily take money out of your deposit and thats exactly what they did.
Its an unwritten rule of thumb that you an hour grace to check. There was nothin that they only give 15mins grace. They took twenty out of my deposit because they have the deposit which suppose to be for smoking

It could have been cleaner. Trash on the side of dresser. Tv very dusty and bathroom floor was filthy along with the tub.

Not a very clean hotel… no toilet paper or towels in the general hotel bathroom. The gal at the desk was rude and must have repeated 3-4 times about not smoking in the room, which of course I would never do. Not very friendly or clean place… it’s rundown.

Motel is very old and outdated. The pictures online are heavily photoshopped.. whole motel smelled like mold and ****. Breakfast doesnt start until 7 and is extremely limited. Not like the photos..

The building was older in need of upgrading. Our room had torn carpeting. They didn’t have a luggage cart and had to use a laundry cart to bring in our suitcases.
