Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport-Rosemont

Saya selalu menginap di hotel ini sebelumnya. Ini pertama kalinya sejak epidemi. Saya memutuskan untuk tidak menginap lagi setelah beberapa saat. Belum lagi fasilitasnya sudah tua, karena dulunya bukan barang baru. Kamar tidak akan dibersihkan setiap hari. Jika Anda perlu dibersihkan, silakan hubungi resepsionis untuk membuat rencana. Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya mendengar hal ini. Pelayanan sarapannya tidak sebaik sebelumnya. Saya menemukan bahwa hal ini tidak terjadi pada kami, tampaknya serupa terjadi pada orang lain.

Saya telah tinggal di hotel mereka berkali-kali. Hotelnya dekat banget dengan bandara. Kamarnya nyaman dan bersih. Harga kamarnya lumayan. Cocok banget buat yang punya penerbangan pagi atau penerbangan malam. Nyaman banget👍

Room is basic, clean but very old-style decoration. Location is good, near airport and outlet mall Service in America is horrible as always, not surprised. Reception is ok, not above average but not below average but the concierge team is really bad. I called to reception before to check if I can leave the luggage before my arrival date because I have to go to another city for few days and back to stay in their hotel. The lady on the phone said yes, I can just go to hotel and leave my luggage. When I was there, I asked reception lady again, she said yes I can leave my things in their luggage storage. After that, the concierge guy said no, we are not allowed to leave our luggage there, I explained to him as I called to ask before and reception on that day said yes as well. He felt angry and said she (reception team) must ask him first. I understand if hotel staff on the phone or reception on that day told me I cannot leave my luggage. But they said yes, that's why I went to the hotel. It's not our fault that concierge guy did some unpolite manner to us. You should communicate within your team. Anyway, this is American hospitality standard as my experience but still the country that's always expecting 20% tip from customers. So funny.

Hotel is well located. But a bottle of water cost US$5. A bit expensive.

We called receptionists twice within 1 hour at night requesting for blanket, he said yes, and ignored my request. Can you leave your guest with no blanket overnight? What a hotel can offer such service?

Quite nice. Smell nice. Just had no hand shower head. No complimentary water offered.

The pool is closed and then the slots are only open 4-11pm.. I was highly disappointed considering it states before you book its a pool and sauna

This hotel turned out great, not only was room very very clean, location was excellent one subway stop from O'Hare and one block from a shopping outlet where there is a good size food court, also 7 eleven. Not much in term of view but didn't really come here for the view. Construction in lobby is really slow moving and annoying, and the joke of a business center is just one computer in lobby area and a broken printer, kinda hard if you need something printed. Front desk guy kept telling me where the restroom was without listening to the question, which was kind of rude, but overall a very nice stay!
