Saya tidak menaruh harapan besar pada renovasi tahun 2015, tapi ternyata jauh lebih baik dari yang saya bayangkan. Kesan keseluruhan cukup bagus, ruangan cukup bersih, tenang dan murah, Highly recomended.

Kamarnya bagus, tetapi saya tidak dapat menemukan lobi ketika saya pertama kali tiba. Saya berjalan lama dan tidak ada seorang pun di sana. Kamarnya juga sangat bersih. Jika perlu dibersihkan, Anda harus memberi tahu front desk terlebih dahulu. Air panas juga sangat nyaman. Hotel ini memiliki kolam renang dan air panas yang serasi. Sangat hemat biaya. Tinggi! Dan biaya depositnya sangat masuk akal, saya sangat puas! Saya mengambil foto grup di dekat hotel haha!

Nice point for a rent car and close every famous place so I am willing to book again

Supper great location. Very friendly staff and service. Easy in and out from the freeway. Across the street is the mall with a lot of eateries. Overall we’re happy with our stay.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to a big shopping mall with plenty of food options nearby and free car parking. The entrance, car park and foyer area was outstanding, with impressive Christmas decorations and well presented staff. The rooms were good, but not at the level of the foyer and we had some issues with our rooms not being serviced by housekeeping, however the manager was very apologetic and offered compensation due to the challenges with housekeeping. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Beds not been clean and change during staying. No clean towels. Called but not responded and no actions taken. Complaining to front desk and asking for last day cancellation but was told to deal with third party Trip.com and refused to cancel. End up guests stayed for another night but not happy about it. Bad experience!

It was good to stay there except the breakfast service which wasnt buffet. Except for it, everything 's fantastic. Location, cleanliness, the rate and etc.

The service, specially at the restaurant was excellent. I didn't like the happy hours food but with more than 30% tip, I showed my appreciation of the excellent service from Carla (I believe it was her name but not sure). We had some problem with the entry key both days but they fix the problem very fast. They were supposed to clean thr Room the second day but they didn't. Overall it was very good and I like to give them 4.5 stars out of 5. We will go there again for sure, next time we go to LA.

The pillows and bed sheet were dirty.flush was not functioning.

I am writing this letter to share my observations and experiences at your hotel. Overall, I think the hotel's environment is average, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, I would like to suggest some improvements to the overall atmosphere of the hotel, particularly regarding the condition of the indoor facilities. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel has left a good impression on me. The rooms and public areas are quite clean, which was an important consideration for me during my stay. I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team in this regard. However, I must point out that the indoor facilities of the hotel appear somewhat outdated. The furniture and equipment in the rooms seem to have been in use for a long time, and some of them are even worn out. This gives me a sense of antiquity and has affected my overall experience during my stay. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that the hotel management consider updating and maintaining the indoor facilities. This can enhance the overall image of the hotel and provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Once again, thank you for your assistance and service during my stay at the hotel. I hope my feedback will be helpful in improving the hotel.

Safety and cleanliness are two important factors. When DO NOT DISTURB sign was there on the door, staff entered room and messed up bathroom. When I asked about it they said they entered for AC maintenance, if something is scheduled they should inform guests. After informing about messed up bathroom, they didn’t clean it. There are bugs in the bathroom.
