The hotel was in a convenient location and easy to find. However, the surrounding area looked a bit rough, and I occasionally felt uneasy walking back at night. The room itself was clean and had air conditioning, which was a big plus for the summer heat. I booked a single room so I guess that’s why the room is small. The bathroom and toilet were extremely tight, someone larger might struggle to use the shower comfortably. Breakfast was a simple selection, but it was sufficient to start the day. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to help.

這是本次意大利旅程最後一站，也是最舒適的一家酒店。訂的親子房，就是一個小單人房和一個雙人房聯通，各有洗手間，床品舒適。入住當天有礦泉提供，但第二天第三天就不提供，其實可以每天都提供，住客滿意度也會更好。 地理位置，除梵蒂岡需要打車，羅馬鬥獸場，許願池，萬神殿都可以不行到達。 剛好趕上聖年，見識了朝聖。

Our room was very clean! The room was a good size and had a smart TV so we could connect our phones and watch YouTube and Netflix. The location of the hotel was around 10-15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and Termini Roma station. It is right off the main road from public buses and there is loads of food and shopping around. My only issues with this my room is that we had NO view. We had a window but it didn’t show to anything. The bed was extremely hard so if you are sensitive to that, it is something to consider. I also asked for another duvet and they didn’t have any and could only provide a paper thin blanket. The hotel hasn’t really got any amenities like a gym or anything of that sort. The reception was friendly and polite. Overall the hotel was nice.

Located in the middle of tourist spots in Rome, but awful service. Firstly, when you enter the hotel with all the lagugage, there are many steps which make it difficult to carry your stuff. The room was very small, I wanted to heat up my food, they said the microwave doesn't work or exist 🙄🙄🙄🙄the worst part was breakfast only hot thing on the menue was scrambled eggs ham, which were both tasteless 😳😳watermelon was the only available fruit, which most days they brought lame excuses why they can't have it, 🤔🤔🤔the juice was powder mixed with water 🤔🙄😱, the cakes and cheese were entirely tasteless, mainly factory packaging, not homemade, for a hotel with this price, the breakfast is awful 😣😣😣

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter tous les endroits à voir dans Rome (à pieds ou en métro). Nous étions à Rome avec ma maman pour une semaine et nous avons largement apprécié. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, il y avait du choix. Le personnel est très gentil et attentif, il est réellement à la disposition des clients. La seule chose que je peux reprocher est la décoration un peu vieillissante, un petit coup de neuf ne ferait pas de mal. Mais je recommande à 100% cet hôtel !

The location is quite concenient: there are highly-rated restaurant and ice cream parlor downstairs. The front desk service is also warm and attentive. (And he showed some Chinese sentences to me and speaked really well.) The room is small (10 m*m) but warm and clean. There is also a small refrigerator with two bottles of water as welcome. The only issue is that the soundproofing of the room door is not very good.

ローマに行かれる方にはこちらのホテルを強くおすすめします。観光地へのアクセス、部屋の清潔感も最高ですが、何より女性のオーナーさんのおもてなしが素晴らしいです。着いてすぐにあたたかい笑顔で迎えてくださり、美味しい飲み物と軽食を出してくださいました。また、ローマの地図を使って主要な観光地へのアクセス方法や、見逃しがちな隠れた観光スポット、ホテルに近いおすすめのレストラン、地下鉄に乗る際の注意点など丁寧に教えてくださいました。旅行前に交通機関など予習はしていましたが、実際に暮らしている方から行き方や距離感など教えていただけるのは観光客の私たちにとってとてもありがたかったです。私たちは英語があまり得意ではなかったのですが、オーナーさんがゆっくりと簡単な英語で話してくれたので聞き取りやすかったです。また、滞在中に私たちの携帯の充電器が壊れてしまったのですが、事情を話したところもう1人の女性の方が快く充電器を貸してくださり大変助かりました。ローマでの滞在はこのホテルに泊まったことによって最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！

I really enjoyed the stay. The staff was incredibly nice. We were given late check out for free which we really appreciated as we had a late flight that day. The view from the swimming pool was great and we also enjoyed a lovely drinks at the roof top bar

Was given a room at the end of the property which allows more privacy as requested. Room is clean. Location is ideal, close to metro n walking distance to Colosseo. Breakfast was adequate and Stefano n the staffs r friendly.. I enjoyed my stay there.

We arrived at 10 AM and had some trouble finding the entrance. The main door was closed, and no one answered when we knocked. We called the phone number, but the person only spoke Italian. Fortunately, some guests were leaving and helped us get inside. There was no one at the reception, but later someone responded in English via WhatsApp. We left our bags and came back later — the room was ready on time at 3 PM. The bed was comfortable, there was also a small sofa, the room was clean, and the bathroom had all the essentials. However, the main shower head was leaking a bit. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk through the park to the Colosseum, and the metro is nearby. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal overall.

ローマの街に降り立った旅行者が、ホテルに何を求めるか。 ただ、旅の軸となるに足る場所、すなわち、素晴らしい立地を携え、清潔で、心の襞に触れる人の気配があれば、それでよい。 このホテルはまさしく、その本懐を果たしていた。ホテルを一歩出れば、サンタ・マリア・マッジョーレ大聖堂がまるで絵画のごとく眼前に広がり、ローマ・テルミニ駅までは大きな鞄を引きずる足取りでも容易く届く。さらには、古の闘技場・コロッセオも、愛の泉・トレビまでも徒歩で足る距離。ローマという都市が誇る時間と空間を、己の足で確かめる拠点として、この上なき位置に在る。 風呂とトイレは清潔で、部屋も端正。受付にいたジャスミン嬢の応対は、まるで旧知の友のように温かく、旅の疲れをひととき忘れさせた。 惜しむらくは二点。ひとつ、共用のコーヒーメーカーの水に、埃か、あるいはカビと見紛う浮遊物があったこと。衛生とは、文明の基礎である。もうひとつ、宿泊税の支払いをチェックイン時に突然告げられたこと。事前にWhatsAppという通信手段があるのなら、一言知らせるだけで宿泊者の準備と心象は大きく異なる。 それでも私は、この宿を「満足」と記すことに躊躇いはない。質を保ち、立地においては他の追随を許さぬ。旅の価値とは、こうした小さな総和によって形作られるものなのだと。

Great location, friendly host, great pizza bar across the road. Close to train terminal. Would have liked if safe was secured and able to be used and air conditioner in need of cleaning/service as mouldy. Overall an okay stay
