We booked 2 adjoining rooms which were on the first floor. 2 really lovely rooms. 1 of our most comfortable hotel stays ever. Great location. Staff were friendly & we loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast & late evening drinks

A great experience. This is the first European hotel we stayed in. The hotel is clean and quiet, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is very convenient. It is right between the Vatican and the center of Rome, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk there. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and flexible. Knowing that our flight is early and we are on our honeymoon, they specially arranged early check-in for us and upgraded the room so that we can sort out a little after the red-eye flight. Every hotel staff is very good-looking, very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel also specially prepared a wedding gift for us. The emotional value is full and it exceeds expectations. Recommend everyone to stay.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, and can be reached on foot. There are also many restaurants around, which is quite convenient. The room we booked has a large bed and 2 sofa beds side by side, which is suitable for family travel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and will contact guests by email in advance about their arrival time because they don't start work until 8:00. When checking in, they will help answer questions enthusiastically. Room keys, keys to the first floor of the apartment, and keys to the block gate will be issued to facilitate entry and exit at night. If you check out early, you need to leave three keys at the front desk. The hotel elevator is a very old one, very small, and if there are a lot of luggage or people, you have to go upstairs in batches. Disadvantages: The hotel rooms feel like separated rooms, and the sound insulation effect is not that good. The design of the shower room in the room bathroom is rather strange, there is one piece of glass missing, water will flow out of the shower room, it will be a bit cold to take a shower in winter. The hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, you have to bring your own.

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can do everything by walking. 15 mins to Vatican city, 10mins to busy shopping streets and further 10mins to other famous attractions. The breakfast isn't the buffet like what we have in other hotels, but they do bring a lot of food to the table, and you can order anything on the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing!

Excellent hotel with underground parking - 10 minutes walk to the Vatican, 15 minutes to the center of Via del Corso and the historical center - all the best places are nearby, it is located on the border of the ZTL zone, so you can safely drive without a pass, excellent 2-room suites on the 7th floor with a view of the Vatican from the balcony, a gourmet grocery store with a delicatessen on the corner! In general, super!

Excellent service! We arrived around 11 am and got a room before check-in time, no questions! Wonderful reception space with lounge and restaurant and a nice rooftop bar! The room was in the corner, nice, but a little noisy and cold.

The location is good, the front desk is polite. It's a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Vatican. The restaurant on the street opposite the hotel tastes good. Because we left early the next day and didn't have time to have breakfast, we told the front desk customer service the day before. They had packed breakfast for us in the morning and called a taxi for us. Because it was full, we were given a room on the first floor. The backyard outside the window was gloomy and the curtains were never opened.

The location is very good. It is a five-minute walk from the Vatican. There is a bus stop at the door. The surrounding neighborhoods are very safe. It is also very close to a PAM chain supermarket. It is also safe to come back at night. The room itself is a bit old and small, but it is very cost-effective.

Hotel very close to the Vatican Museum. Very friendly receptionist. Beautiful room. Excellent a la carte breakfast. I will come back again.
