The property met my expectation in general. But be aware of their check-in time. They had no service after check-in time.

Self-service check-in. I saw the cleaning staff on the second day. The room is very small. Look at the shelf in the bathroom

The air conditioner is not cold enough. Most importantly, the room is very unhygienic. There are bugs everywhere. They bite people and there is no way to get rid of them.

The city tax charged by the hotel was 7 euros more than what was charged on the booking form. I commend Ctrip’s customer service. After feedback, the customer service asked an agent to help me get the difference back. Near the Spanish Steps, eating, shopping and more are very convenient. You can walk to all the attractions! Great experience. The boss prepared a map and gave us good suggestions. There is free coffee in the living room! If I have the opportunity to go to Rome again, I will stay here again!
