Ulasan The Independent Hotel

Lobi hotel agak kecil dan liftnya juga sangat kecil. Awalnya saya mengira itu akan buruk, tetapi ketika saya memasuki ruangan, meskipun kecil, sangat bersih dan rapi, dan kamar mandinya juga sangat bersih itu. Kawasan stasiun kereta api pasti mahal. Sarapannya banyak dan enak 😋 Saya paling suka buah persik kuning di dalamnya, dan sosis frankfurter serta telur dadar juga enak. Taman atap menghadap ke kota dan sangat nyaman.

Saya pikir ini adalah hotel bernilai sangat bagus! Sarapannya juga enak! Pemandangan dari restorannya juga bagus! Itu bagus karena memiliki pemandangan pusat kota Roma! Makanan penutup dan minuman sederhana yang saya makan di lounge juga enak, suasananya menyenangkan.

Room was clean and tidy. Service was great! Very friendly and jovial! Enjoyed my stay here! :)

Great location! Felt very safe be staying there! A little pricy for the quality of stay but I guess it is Roma’s standard! Their rooftop view is nice too

The hotel very near the train station is walkable and very convenient

Around 10mins of fast walk from Roma Termini to this hotel, the only lift of this hotel is relatively small and slow, I waited 5minutes to get up to my room, faster if you use the staircase instead

Hotel is steps from the train which made it very convenient. Staff was great and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. If I had to nitpick, the elevator is small and could use More Capacity at busy times. But it’s probably not Something that can be changed given the hotels footprint

The worst ever visit at Rome. Room was uncleaned with plenty of dust, we wore mark while on sleeping because of the dusts. We unexpectedly moved our room to the republic hotel from the independent hotel without any pre-notice and any apologies from the independent. The republic hotel shown horrible attitude while on check-in procedure, even the card key was malfunctioned they said that I am not well understand their explanation, but they are finally changed the card key when after the card was not working checked by themselves, but any apologies. They continuously showed inhospitable attitude to us, sometimes they are complaining about my questions, I guess they tiresome my questions, even that were very essential for us. I complained their poor service attitude to the republic and to the independent but both were busy shirking from their responsibility. Their service was very uncomfortable for us, even I am thinking about their attitude is sort of RACISM to Asians. Still now, they didn't show any apologies for their service.

Good location! Spacious room for 3 ppl. Friendly staff in the restaurant, and excellent breakfast.

Good location with the main train station just a short walk away. The morning breakfast was delicious.

Pretty small but good location

테르미니 역에서 걸어서 5분 거리라 거점으로나 로마 지내실 때나 교통 이용하기 좋은 위치에요. 호텔 바로 앞 버스 다녀서 명소 다니기 좋고 근처에 마트, 레스토랑, 바 다 있어서 접근성도 좋아요. 기념일이라고 노트 남겼더니 발코니있는 방으로 업그레이드 해주셨는데 발코니 뷰 너무 좋고 손으로 쓴 웰컴레터 오랜만이라 기분 좋았어요. 리셉션 직원분들도 완전 친절하세여요🥹여행 마지막 날이라 하루밖에 못지내 아쉬웠지만 그만큼 기분 좋은 밤이 었습니다. 조식 먹는 레스토랑 저녁에는 바로 운영하는데 오후 5시 좀 넘어서 가면 노을지는 뷰 너무 예뻐요 시간 나면 들려보세요❤️

위치 나쁘지 않아요. 24년 11월에 방문했는데 역에서 걸어오는 길이 공사중이었어요. 요청사항도 잘 들어주셨고 조식도 괜찮아요. 발코니 있는 룸으로 예약했었는데 없는 룸으로 배정되어 이슈가 있었지만 룸 교체도 가능했습니다. 요청사항을 해결을 해주려는 노력이 인상적이었어요. 엘리베이터는 사람 3명 탈 정도로 작아서 짐은 따로 올려주십니다. 조식 식당이 루프탑 층에 있는데 아침마다 엘베 전쟁이예요.
