Lovely hotel on Via Venetto. Location couldn't be better. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable bed. Front desk and restaurant staff were exceptional. Breakfast options were plentiful and coffee superb!

Have given this hotel a high rating specifically for the location, it’s just under 10 mins from Spanish steps, 15 mins from Trevi fountain, hop on bus stop just across main road, it is surrounded by lots of restaurants which are all amazing value. Hotel was extremely clean, when we stayed temp was mid 30s, I was really worried about the air con from previous reviews, but when we left the room in the morning we made sure shutters, curtains etc were always closed and this ensured it was never too hot. We stayed in classic style room, Huge downside was no ironing facilities in the room, couldn’t believe for it being such a tourist destination with so many people passing thru that the rooms don’t have this!! Beds were ok for one night but they were really hard so for 4 nights it was tough going, but that’s personal preference, the rooms were good size, spotlessly clean and good quality toiletries provided incase you forget anything. We did not eat at the hotel at all so can’t comment here With regards to the staff, they were all really friendly and helpful, we did witness them being spoken to in a negative manner…they are Italian they are going to give it back, be respectful and you get that back no problem :) Overview - amazing location in a clean no frills hotel

The hotel staff are very nasty., they don’t like to be bothered with questions. The hotel needs refurbishment. The AC is turned on automatically at 3pm and turned off at midnight, terrible. We made a complaint about it and were told to deal with it and if hot, to open the window. The breakfast was basic. Bed not comfortable and pillows extremely hard. There was mold in the bathroom. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. Look for other hotels.

We arrived at the hotel around 10am knowing that our room with a view of Via Veneto would probably not be ready until 3pm, but from the moment we got out of our taxi, the staff did everything possible to minimize our wait. First, the bellman came out to bring in our bags, and the desk clerk greeted us warmly, apologized that the room was not yet ready, and called housekeeping to ask them to have it ready as early as possible. He then suggested we have a seat in the lobby while he finished our paperwork, and when we did so, the bellman returned after storing our bags and offered us coffee and pastries from the breakfast buffet that had just closed. These he delivered to us at our seats. By the time we had finished our impromptu breakfast, the desk clerk came over to tell us---it was now about 10:30--that he had a view room for us, as booked, but now including a beautiful balcony. As others have pointed out, yes, the hotel is showing its age here and there, but it does have all the amenities associated with four stars, and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff makes up for any shortcomings. We will stay here again the next time we are in Rome.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, a few steps away from the metro and most of the buses. The surrounding environment is beautiful. Cleaning of the bathrooms should be taken more carefully, I could see a bit of mold on the walls. Also pillows were a little bit old thus uncomfortable, however we slept wonderful because of the tiredness of the long walking-Day he had. There is no noise. The staff was very friendly, a pleasure!
